- This law was created based on the experiences that the Polish state has had in connection with the pandemic, in connection with the arrival of war refugees from Ukraine, in connection, for example, with the disaster on the Oder River, in connection with numerous floods and weather anomalies that have occurred in recent years. Based on these experiences, services subordinate to the Ministry of Interior and Administration, local governments, and organizations that deal with these matters on a daily basis have taken action to ensure this law is best tailored to the needs of the 21st century - stated Paweł Szefernaker at a press conference.
