– We must, not in the coming years, but in the coming months, achieve defense capabilities, including regarding the production of ammunition and all kinds of weapons, that will exceed Russian capabilities. Otherwise, the West will become the next victim of Russian aggression and will not be able to help either Ukraine or itself. There is no reason why such wealthy states as Western states, as NATO member states, cannot collectively build defense capabilities that will surpass Russian capabilities.
