About whether it is allowed or not allowed to change borders in Europe by force, and who, with lies and demagoguery, is trying to enslave Ukraine first, and then conquer it, and to break up the EU and the Atlantic alliance. We must not allow Putin to win this war. We must fulfill our commitments to Ukraine, both from the Budapest Memorandum and the latest one regarding ammunition, regarding financial support, which is already happening, so that Ukraine can become a European, democratic, reforming country in the future - stated Radosław Sikorski at a briefing in Paris.
