Horała:
The Pegasus Scandal is Based on Pure Insinuations, the Visa Scandal was a Minor, Simple Criminal Matter
- The Pegasus [scandal] is based on pure insinuation. I haven't yet seen any shred of evidence in this matter that anything was amiss. Because the fact that in a democratic, modern Western state, special services, with the consent of the prosecutor's office and under court supervision, can, in criminal cases they are handling, for example, eavesdrop on suspects of being criminals, is obvious [...]. The visa scandal, which was a minor, simple criminal matter, and here a commission would be very interesting, but rather for media experts, social psychologists, on how one can take a rather small and simple criminal matter, detected and, so to speak, dismantled by the services, and turn it into some mega-scandal that probably even had some impact on the election results, so this is an interesting phenomenon, but not for a parliamentary investigative committee – said Marcin Horała in PR1.
