Siemoniak:

I'm "under consideration," so those "under consideration" shouldn't be spilling the beans

- We adopted a certain philosophy when discussing the government, which was reflected in the coalition agreement: it is not the time for any major reorganizations [in the special services]. There are so many challenges, so many problems, and in the realm of security, with war very close to Poland and many associated threats, that if we were to enter a phase of reorganization now, we would simply be wasting time. [...] We really don't need to make any changes at this moment, that's my opinion - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" (Piasecki's Conversation). - I am, as you called it, "under consideration" [for the position of coordinator of special services - editorial note], so those "under consideration" shouldn't really be telling any stories. It is obvious to me - and this applies to all services, the entire state apparatus - that diligent, honest people who have worked there all these years should absolutely be at ease. However, those party appointees, those idlers who ended up there and sat on high salaries doing nothing, let them tremble. They must be held accountable for everything - he continued.
