It is obvious to me - and this applies to all services, the entire state apparatus - that diligent, honest people who have worked there all these years should absolutely be at ease. However, those party appointees, those idlers who ended up there and sat on high salaries doing nothing, let them tremble. They must be held accountable for everything - he continued.
