This week's Sejm session, initially planned for two days, will take place today only. The proceedings will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a 15-minute voting session. Subsequently, at 10:15 AM, the second reading of the bill amending this year's budget will commence.

Also today, the Sejm will address the draft budget for 2021, along with the so-called budget-related bill. The first reading debate is scheduled to start at 3:00 PM and conclude at 9:00 PM. A voting session is also planned then, which – according to the current schedule – is expected to end at 10:30 PM.

The Sejm's Ethics Committee did not consider the motion for sanctions against MP Przemysław Czarnek today. As explained by its chairwoman, Monika Falej from The Left, the debate was postponed at her request due to the illness of the future Minister of Education and Science.

The committee's next session on this matter will take place during an additional Sejm session, scheduled for October 27 and 28. The Left had sought sanctions against Czarnek for his statements regarding LGBT individuals.

Indeed, Poland is doing excellently compared to other countries in this economic and business situation caused by the pandemic's effects – he added.

- Jarosław Kaczyński, in my opinion, was backed into a corner. His situation within the United Right was difficult. He tried to 'grill' the 'Zioberki,' but it turned out that the 'Zioberki' grilled Kaczyński. This grilling didn't quite succeed, because Kaczyński was forced, please note, to enter this government and take co-responsibility for it. This means he will inevitably have less time to deal with the United Right.
