- It is time for decisive resolutions. It is time to 'call their bluff'. That is why the Civic Coalition leadership has decided to file a motion to dismiss Zbigniew Ziobro from the position of Minister of Justice and simultaneously Prosecutor General. We want to see if everything that Jarosław Kaczyński and his people say is true, or if, as always, Prime Minister Morawiecki and Jarosław Kaczyński will side with the man who has ruined the judiciary, ruined the Polish prosecution service. We want to see if Kaczyński will keep his word and if this exceptionally harmful figure to the Polish justice system, Zbigniew Ziobro, will finally cease to hold this office, or if Prime Minister Morawiecki and Jarosław Kaczyński will defend him in this Sejm with all their might, the man whom not so long ago they wanted to dismiss – stated Borys Budka at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- And finally, we want to once again expose the exceptional hypocrisy and duplicity on the part of Ziobro and his people. Today, the person who decides on the complete impunity or lack thereof for people in power is precisely Prosecutor Zbigniew Ziobro. He has the right to issue orders to any prosecutor in this Poland, and it is due to his actions that the prosecution service has become extremely politicized. And today, Ziobro, pretending to defend the implementation of regulations concerning so-called impunity, de facto still wants to be the one in whose hands lies the fate of current ministers or Prime Minister Morawiecki. We want to recall all those scandals that to this day have not found a conclusion in court simply because the prosecution service is extremely politicized, and precisely for this reason, to demonstrate the exceptional cynicism and duplicity of the ruling camp, and to show that what truly matters is not the good of the justice system, but that Kaczyński is solely concerned with increasing his influence while simultaneously humiliating his coalition colleagues, we have decided to 'call their bluff' and prepare the motion to dismiss Zbigniew Ziobro – continued the head of PO.
