„One concerns Article 10d, which seems to be the most controversial from the opposition's perspective. The opposition has been raising its concerns about the so-called impunity of public officials' actions for quite some time. The provisions of this act, which we are submitting, are primarily intended to ensure that actions taken during a threat to health and life, as they were most often undertaken, have primacy over the situation related to current legal regulations. The proposed solutions do not introduce impunity, as some present it” - said Andrzej Kosztowniak from PiS in the Sejm.
