- We must more effectively combat crimes against officials. One of the methods will be to toughen penalties for committing these offenses, meaning violating the inviolability of an official, active assault on an official, especially an assault where an official suffers bodily harm, and insulting an official. I declare that by the end of the month, I will present to the Prime Minister a draft amendment to the regulations in this regard, increasing penalties for these offenses, but also introducing, mandatory for the court in case of a conviction, regardless of the amount of the penalty imposed, an additional financial penalty.
