“First and foremost, we are awaiting the written justification for this decision [Voivodeship Administrative Court]. This ruling by the Voivodeship Administrative Court is surprising to all of us. It must also be emphasized that this is not a final ruling. I am speaking about the justification because, contrary to what some commentators and politicians repeat, this was not a decision that announced elections, but rather a decision that obligated the Post Office to prepare for the circumstances in which such postal elections should be conducted” - said Michał Dworczyk, head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery, on Program I of Polish Radio.
