Repairing the sewage treatment plant is the responsibility of the Warsaw local government, one of the wealthiest municipalities in Poland, if not the wealthiest. The city is obligated to rectify this disaster, and the military will assist and step in where the city falters, and cooperation is occurring. This is a significant ecological catastrophe; we thank all services, and based on the principle of subsidiarity, the aim is to jointly halt this catastrophe. It cannot be that the military will be fixing successive failures, the third and fourth, while President Trzaskowski claims the city can be managed remotely," said Przemysław Czarnek at Woronicza 17.
