At 10:45, a briefing by Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki will take place before the 15th Senate session, which commences at 11:00. On the agenda is the so-called COVID amendment – in practice, an anti-crisis shield for tourism – as well as the so-called privatization act, information from the Minister of Health regarding access to healthcare services during the coronavirus epidemic, and the presentation of a health protection strategy for the autumn-winter period.

At 11:30, a press conference with the Head of the Ministry of National Education, Dariusz Piontkowski, will be held. Deputy Ministers Marzena Machałek and Maciej Kopeć will also participate. The topic: Safe return of students to schools – the first week of the new school year.

At 16:30 in Kielce, a press conference for the media with Szymon Hołownia and Michał Kobosko will inaugurate the opening of their new office location, a move that occurred after the election campaign. This is also an opportunity to inform about local structures within the established Poland 2050 association. Furthermore, today, another round of talks between the leaders of the United Right will be held. The topic will be the upcoming government reconstruction and plans for the next 3 years.

The Prime Minister did indeed mention that the European Union, or the West in a broader sense, should offer a certain economic perspective for a new Belarus, whatever it may be in the future, to demonstrate our de facto competitive advantage, that the West has much more to offer ordinary Belarusians than anyone else. We are not talking about any tough integration negotiations here, that's not the point. The point is to be able to show that any change aligned, so to speak, with European conditions and values can automatically lead to investments, financial cooperation, cooperation within the framework of infrastructure improvement, etc. – said Marcin Przydacz in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News’s “Graffiti”.

- I have just visited the Institute of Cardiology and started talking about how it will look, what is happening there, because I haven't been there for a long time. So I will probably return to such professional, active work soon - stated Łukasz Szumowski in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

- I am of course still [an MP for PiS]. I remain in the club, but I will not be a professional MP. I will work normally at my institute, clinic as a doctor. Until the end of the term, of course, I am an MP, I should remain an MP and I will be able to focus on my constituency in general at the moment, because until now, as a minister, especially during the coronavirus period, I must say that I have greatly neglected my duties as an MP, i.e. visits to the region, talks with people - he continued.

„Discussions are ongoing. They are proceeding in a good atmosphere between the party leaders and Prime Minister Morawiecki. I still have several projects to finalize” - said Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz from Porozumienie in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

„There is only one leader in the United Right camp who is a rank-and-file MP and where that formula works” - she added, when asked if Jarosław Gowin should return to the government.

"I think that [Gowin's return to government] will be a fundamental strengthening for him personally, first and foremost, but also for the party. Coalition talks are ongoing. The final shape and selection of collaborators will be decided by the leaders and Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki" - said Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz from Porozumienie on Radio Zet.

„I would like to debunk the rumors that have appeared in the media in recent weeks. I am not going into business, especially imputing to me that I am going into a business focused on energy transformation at a time when I am responsible for large, serious regulations in the energy sector, is fundamentally an unjustified and irresponsible insinuation” - said Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz from Porozumienie on Radio Zet.

- I spoke with the President about this matter [leaving the government], I spoke with the Prime Minister. I think I also spoke with many MPs. I think everyone is aware of the reasons, and I haven't heard anyone having complaints, or at least no one expressed them directly to me – stated Łukasz Szumowski on RMF FM.

- I have already apologized publicly for that [for his words]. I can apologize again. One cannot publicly discuss the date of departure in the media. At that time, I probably didn't know the specific day yet, but I knew it would happen soon. Unfortunately, in this public, media discussion about reconstruction, about resignations, unfortunately, any normal minister, if they have such an agreement with the main people in the state, does not reveal the details – the former Minister of Health continued.

- It wasn't even Spain. I simply spent about 10 days at sea with one person. I thought I'd get some privacy sailing the ocean. It turns out that even there, unfortunately, someone takes photos, which isn't pleasant. But the vacation was a success - stated Łukasz Szumowski on RMF FM, referring to photos published in tabloids after his departure from the government.

- We spent many hours, over 100 hours, sailing. We went ashore only once – to a small island where, as far as I know, there wasn't a single case of coronavirus. There were only two of us, so it was safe - he continued.

- The yacht, of course, is wonderful, a very capable vessel, it handles large waves and strong winds excellently. But it's only 12 meters long, has two cabins, and is 20 years old. However, it's a marvelous yacht that has crossed the ocean; for pure luxury, with maybe two people, one could say it's comfortable - the former Minister of Health emphasized.

"We must reconcile different interests, both personal interests, which is what interests the media most, but above all, and this is what interests me most, programmatic issues. We need to translate our election program from the last elections, we've had four recent elections of various kinds, into a very detailed action plan, at least for the coming political season, if not longer, until the end of the term," said Adam Bielan in an interview with Łukasz Rogojsz on Gazeta.pl's "Morning Interview."

- I think I can deny this information, no such proposal was made to Jarosław Gowin [regarding taking the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs]. At least not recently. However, I can say this: firstly, Jarosław Gowin himself made the decision to leave the government, so he must also decide if he wants to return to this government - Adam Bielan stated on Gazeta.pl.

- We are talking. I think he is interested in returning [to the government]. However, it also depends on the final conditions, the outcomes of the talks - Gowin added.

- First and foremost, the idea behind a reconstruction is that politicians largely take responsibility for individual ministries. This is not a government of experts. This is a government with a strong political base. Politicians should lead individual ministries, and I think that's how it will be. Secondly, I do not wish to speculate publicly at this time about the future of Minister or Prime Minister Emilewicz; that would be inelegant towards her - Adam Bielan said on Gazeta.pl.

– When we talk about what we want to do in the next 3 years, coalition talks and negotiations naturally happen behind closed doors, not in front of cameras. Therefore, the media is not the right place to discuss every point in detail. However, we have publicly stated and announced that the time has come to implement everything we have promised since virtually every election, starting from 2015, through subsequent presidential, parliamentary, and local elections, to the European Parliament, and now finally to parliament. There are still issues that have not been implemented. For example, media deconcentration, issues related to values, support for the family, and the ban on promoting LGBT ideology in universities, or conducting various gender studies. This is very broad, but as I say, from public statements, one can infer what is important to individual coalition partners, the United Right. But, as I say, there is much less excitement than many journalists would like, because each of us believes, and it is clear to us, that there has been no better political project in the last 30 years than the United Right, which has its architect. That architect is, after all, Jarosław Kaczyński, and we all recognize the primacy of the first leader within the coalition – stated Michał Woś in a conversation with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

– Details can be discussed when sitting over projects. This is a general thought, it does not refer to a ban, but to limitations, and certainly to limiting the funding of programs that simply deprave the young in schools in a far-reaching way, and the Polish state should not consent to that. The Polish state should shape education in a way that serves to strengthen Polishness, which serves to strengthen family ties, because a strong family means a strong Poland, and we have had this on our banners, one might say, forever – he continued.

- From the information reaching us practically every day, we see that there are no major problems with this stationary learning. As we said, the overwhelming majority of teachers, parents, and students are pleased to have returned to direct contact - said Dariusz Piontkowski during a press conference.

- Out of over 48,000 educational facilities in Poland, both municipal and non-municipal, in a few dozen, 46 operations are already entirely remote, and in just over 90, some part of this school, facility, is under distance learning - the minister added.

- Parents entering school grounds without a mask are prohibited. We clearly indicated this in nationwide guidelines and school principals can confidently refer to these regulations. The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate also confirms this in its guidelines, clearly mandating it - said Dariusz Piontkowski during a press conference. 

- Out of 10 counties, three from the red zone and seven from the yellow zone, today we have three counties, and these three counties are in the yellow zone. Regarding alerts, as several counties are below this threshold, if the sanitary regime is not observed in these counties, perhaps next week these counties will be in the yellow or red zone. These are counties in the Opole Voivodeship, Kluczbork County, Nowy Targ County in Małopolska, Aleksandrów County in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Głubczyce County in Opole, and Myślenice County in Małopolska Voivodeship - said Waldemar Kraska during a press conference.

– Today, we began shipping 500,000 antigen tests to all Hospital Emergency Departments in Poland, as well as to 26 admission rooms. These are tests that allow for relatively rapid diagnostics for SARS-CoV-2. They will reach all Hospital Emergency Departments and 26 admission rooms, meaning a total of 264 entities will gain the ability to perform rapid antigen tests. The speed of performing such a test is between 10 and 30 minutes – said Waldemar Kraska during a press conference. 

- Regarding the decision of Porozumienie, it hasn't been made yet, concerning who we will recommend for the government. The reason for this is that talks about the shape of the new cabinet, the scope of competencies, the division of competencies, how many ministries there will be, what these ministries will look like, and what their responsibilities will be, these talks are still ongoing. Another meeting was held today, but I believe there will be at least several more," Adam Bielan stated on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach."

We are talking about a completely new shape of this government. We want to reduce the number of ministries from over 20 to 12-13. I don't want to prejudge the exact number. We know how many government administration departments there are, there are significantly more, but we want, and this is the wish of the Prime Minister, as well as Jarosław Kaczyński, for the decision-making process to be much faster and more efficient – stated Adam Bielan in „Fakty po faktach” on TVN24.

„I will support the law that speaks of banning mink farming. We are already at a stage where these farms can end. Of course, with a transitional period for phasing out, not overnight, but there doesn't have to be such farming in Poland. Animals do not have to be subjected to this kind of torture” – said Sławomir Neumann from Civic Coalition in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

Yes, I think that regarding the subsidy, there will be an agreement. We've already had our say on this matter. The division will be proportional to the number of mandates held by individual political parties. I believe this law could be passed at the next Sejm session, provided there are no obstacles - stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

- We can talk about two phases of the Polish plan for Belarus. One has been in existence for some time.
