Sonik:

It Was Known From the Very Beginning When Budka Was Chosen as Chairman That This Was a Temporary Situation, His Leadership of the Club
You know, it has been known for a long time, from the very beginning, when Borys Budka was chosen as chairman, that this was a temporary situation, a continuation, his leadership of the club. It was postponed due to the pandemic and the presidential elections to August, September, and a planned away meeting, which was to take place at the beginning of September, was meant to be dedicated to this - Bogusław Sonik said in an interview with Katarzyna Gójska on Radio Jedynka.

08:36

Sonik on Neumann's Statement in 'Super Express' Regarding Budka's Future: Astonishing Words. They Shouldn't Have Been Said

- Frankly, these are astonishing words. I cannot comment on them. I can only say they should not have been uttered. They should not have been uttered by Sławomir Neumann - Bogusław Sonik said on Radio Jedynka.

Jabłoński:

Rau will excellently lead our foreign policy efforts. He did so brilliantly as head of the Foreign Affairs Committee.

I believe that Minister Rau will excellently lead our foreign policy efforts. He did so brilliantly as head of the Foreign Affairs Committee. The theses put forward by opposition politicians – he will be attacked from day one, we could already observe this yesterday. That's what politics is about and that's the role of opposition politicians” - said Deputy Minister Paweł Jabłoński in a conversation with Agata Adamek on TVN24.

08:55

Jabłoński on Margot: There can be no agreement to opposition politicians or media with wide reach justifying criminal acts

There is no and cannot be agreement to opposition politicians or media with very wide reach justifying the commission of crimes. If we reach a situation where someone commits a crime, physically assaults another person, and is then presented as a victim of repression and a political prisoner, it is not only dishonest and violates the rights of the victim of that crime, but it encourages other individuals to acts of aggression” – said Deputy Minister Paweł Jabłoński on TVN24.

Czarnecki:

Earlier we heard reconstruction would be immediately after the holidays, now it's September-October

- Certainly, from the perspective of the Polish government, it would have been better, as you said, for both ministers [Health and Foreign Affairs] to wait for the reconstruction. However, just to defend the decision, and for the sake of accuracy, I will remind you that earlier it was said that this reconstruction would take place immediately after the holidays, meaning around the turn of August and September, the beginning of September. Now we hear that the reconstruction will be at the end of September, i.e., at the turn of September and October - stated Ryszard Czarnecki in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Poranek Siódma9.

Czarnecki:

This Will Be the Biggest Government Reshuffle in PiS History, Systemically and Structurally. The Role of Several Politicians Will Significantly Increase in the New Government. These Will Be PiS Politicians, Not Coalition Partners, Who Will Also
It was actually on your radio station, as the first PiS politician, that I revealed the fact of a serious, deep government reshuffle, a good few weeks before the first round of elections. Firstly, this will be – pay attention – the biggest government reshuffle in PiS history, in a systemic, structural sense. There will be no change of prime minister, as has happened, as you know, during the previous term, but there will be a significant slimming down of the government. It will also lead to the consolidation of ministries. I might surprise you and my colleagues from PiS here, because this was certainly not a model for President Kaczyński, but it's a bit like the situation in the European Commission, where we have the Head of the EC, but we also have several Vice-Presidents who have several ministries under them, as we would say, i.e., commissioners who work and are responsible for individual departments, but their work is coordinated by these Vice-Presidents. I think that in this new government, the role of a few politicians will significantly increase for PiS. I think these will be PiS politicians, not coalition partners, who will also formally gain greater influence on decisions, whereas a smaller number of ministries will certainly mean a small number of constitutional ministers, as well as a smaller number of deputy ministers, secretaries and undersecretaries of state. This will definitely be a significant slimming down of the government. And one more thing at the end. This government will certainly be a coalition government, and of course I understand such somewhat prohibitive statements, like Minister Emilewicz's, that two ministries are enough, that's it, there's no question of negotiations, but simply all groupings will have fewer ministers – stated Ryszard Czarnecki in the morning program Siódma9.

Today 903 new cases. A lot. The virus doesn't take holidays, it will be difficult for the minister to control the epidemic alone. We all need to get a grip

Andrusiewicz:

No one belittles the reasons for organizing weddings, no one pressures wedding guests, but we ask and appeal for all sanitary and epidemiological standards to be observed

- 903 cases. Again, the voivodeships leading are those where each has over 100 cases, namely the Silesian, Lesser Poland, and Masovian voivodeships. I wish to reassure you. There are no large outbreaks that would influence this result. We have, however, for example in Silesia, two social welfare homes, we have a wedding in Lesser Poland, we have a number of smaller workplaces in Lesser Poland - said Wojciech Andrusiewicz during a press conference.

- In Pomerania itself, unfortunately, as we always repeat, we have three weddings which are three separate outbreaks. What we always emphasize. Nobody here belittles the reasons for organizing weddings, nobody pressures wedding guests, but we ask and always appeal to take care to ensure that all these sanitary and epidemiological standards are observed - he added.

11:33

Andrusiewicz:

Over 150 New Cases from Małopolska Today, Nearly 60 in Krakow. If the Situation Doesn't Change This Week, Krakow Will Be on the Yellow Zone List

- Today, we have over 150 new cases from Małopolska, with nearly 60 of them being infections in Krakow. As we see and as we emphasized yesterday, if the situation in Krakow does not change within the next week, unfortunately, Krakow will be placed on the yellow zone district list next week - said Wojciech Andrusiewicz during a press conference.

Szumowski:

Niedzielski Has Led to Increased Trust in the National Health Fund. He Combines Managerial Experience with Extensive Medical Expertise. This is a Sensational Choice by the Prime Minister.

- He has led to an increase in Poles' trust in the National Health Fund; it is currently perceived much, much better than it was perceived before. This shows that Mr. President Niedzielski combines two things. He combines enormous knowledge and managerial, economic experience with extensive experience in the medical field - said Łukasz Szumowski during a press conference.

- I am personally very happy. I believe this is a sensational choice by the Prime Minister - he added.

11:59

Niedzielski:

The Slogan for My Potential Tenure as Minister Will Be: All Hands on Deck. I Invite Everyone to Cooperate
After the official appointment, I will have the pleasure of meeting with you and presenting the main strategic assumptions of the new approach, but as I said, work on these assumptions is ongoing. Minister Łukasz has informed me very thoroughly about the rough shape of the strategy for the autumn. We will definitely discuss this further and present a document to you, but as I said, this will only happen after my official appointment – Adam Niedzielski said during a press conference. I want to declare right away that the slogan for my potential tenure as minister, because I keep emphasizing that an appointment is still necessary, will be: all hands on deck. I invite everyone to cooperate. I am open to this cooperation – he added.

Czarnek on New Ministers: I Am Convinced These Are Long-Term Changes

- Looking at Mr. Adam Niedzielski, the new Minister of Health, and Mr. Zbigniew Rau, the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, I am convinced that these are long-term changes. I think that for the three-year period separating us from the parliamentary elections, these are truly outstanding specialists in their fields - said Przemysław Czarnek in an interview with Adrian Klarenbach on Polish Radio 24.

18:09

Czarnek:

LGBT Ideology is Marxist, Not Individuals; No Dehumanization

- Any discussion around this topic, a discussion about LGBT ideology, because LGBT ideology growing from a Marxist root, exactly the same root from which Bolshevist communism, Hitler's national socialism, and these neo-Marxist ideologies grew, is one thing, and LGBT individuals are another. No one is dehumanizing anyone here. No one is fighting against any person. These are people who want to forcefully introduce an ideology that is anti-social and an ideology that is anti-Christian, anti-religious, and an ideology that goes against the development of the family, so simply, one must defend against that. On the other hand, whoever is initiating these discussions, who is reviving them? Well, only those who walk around with some kettles on their heads and perform pseudo Holy Masses, holding female reproductive organs as if during the Corpus Christi procession, or walk around Jasna Góra with the Mother of God in a rainbow halo, or those who disgustingly bother people by slapping their genitals during the Warsaw Uprising March - said Przemysław Czarnek on Polish Radio 24.

PMM:

I wanted to thank Belarusians for their pursuit of truth, of freedom. This is a breakthrough moment in Belarus's history

First and foremost, I wanted to thank and congratulate you for your activities, for what you do as free bloggers, as internet users. Because thanks to you, the truth reaches the Belarusian people. And to Belarusians, I wanted to both wish and thank them for their pursuit of truth, of freedom, because this is a breakthrough moment in Belarus's history” - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Sciapan Puciła, NEXTA.

18:41

Morawiecki:

We want to quickly disburse funds to help repressed individuals and those wishing to build Polish-Belarusian friendship

I feel that history is being made here day by day, sometimes hour by hour. History has accelerated, and that is why we could not stand aside. That is why we proposed our five-point plan. We want to quickly disburse funds to help repressed individuals, but also to help those who wish to come to Poland and build Polish-Belarusian friendship, build contacts for the future” - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in a conversation with Sciapan Puciła, NEXTA.

18:42

PM on the situation in Belarus: I believe the changes that have begun are unstoppable

I believe that these changes that have begun are already unstoppable. They will grow like a snowball. This desire for full freedom and democracy. The desire to be part of the family of free nations will certainly drive the Belarusian people forward to ultimate victory” - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in an interview with Sciapan Puciła, NEXTA.

18:43

PMM:

Polish State to Provide Aid to Repressed Individuals, Exceeding 3 Million Euros – Definitely More Than Several Million Euros

"I can certainly guarantee that aid will flow from Polish society and the Polish state, primarily to repressed individuals, and it will be far more than these 3 million euros. It will definitely be more than several million euros, as we have special reserves to help repressed individuals in Belarus," stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Sciapan Puciła of NEXTA.

18:45

Morawiecki:

The modern world's commitment to free, sovereign, and democratic states will bring change to Belarus

The situation in Poland in the 1980s was more hopeless. There was the great Soviet Union, the vast Soviet Empire, and it did not appear to be a state that intended to collapse and release its subordinate countries. To give up, one might say, its subordinate countries. But still, that determination, the fight in the underground, in conspiracy, in which I also had the honor to participate. Sometimes the fight seemed difficult. Some even thought it was hopeless. But day after day it caused these walls to crumble and the chains of that then-communist captivity to be broken. Today, the situation in Belarus is also difficult, but I believe that the modern world is so strongly oriented towards free, sovereign, independent, but also democratic, law-abiding states, that sooner or later, I hope sooner, this will happen in Belarus” - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Sciapan Puciła, NEXTA.

18:50

PMM:

Over 10,000 Belarusian Students Already Studying in Poland, But We Want More

Today, over 10,000 Belarusian students are already studying in Poland. But we want that number to be higher. We want it to be a breeding ground for Polish-Belarusian friendship. It's known that young people who get to know life in Poland then return to Belarus, where they live in their communities, carrying with them the message that Poland is a friendly country, that we want to live in great friendship and cooperation in the future, with the deepest possible economic cooperation, as well as scientific and cultural cooperation with Belarus. We also have a beautiful shared history, and we greatly respect the entire Belarusian nation and all its achievements. Therefore, I can only respond that this is not just for repressed individuals, although, of course, repressed individuals who are today persecuted by Lukashenko's regime will certainly be able to expect special assistance from the Polish state and from the European Union. Yesterday, the European Council convened on the topic of Belarus, the convening of which I requested a few days earlier, and within a very short period, despite the holiday season in the EU, we managed to convene it and discuss this topic” – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Sciapan Puciła, NEXTA.

Leszczyna on the Salary Increase Bill: I Will Never Come to Terms with Voting for This Law. If I Could Turn Back Time, I Would. There Will Be Voters Who Won't Forgive Me, and I'll Have to Live With That

"I will never come to terms with the fact that I voted for this law the way I did. If I could turn back time, I would do it. I understand that there will be people among my voters, also among my supporters with whom I stay in touch online, who will never forget and will never forgive me for this. And I'll have to live with that" - said Izabela Leszczyna from Civic Coalition in an interview with Roch Kowalski in "Political Interview" on TOK FM.
