EU leaders will meet in person in Brussels to discuss the recovery plan in response to the Covid-19 crisis and the new multiannual EU budget. The meeting will begin at 10:00.

- The objectives of our recovery can be summarized in three words: convergence, resilience and transformation. Specifically, this means we must repair the damage caused by Covid-19, reform our economies and remodel our societies - said European Council President Charles Michel.

At 18:00, a special event will take place in Gdynia with the participation of Rafał Trzaskowski. In addition to the address by the Mayor of Warsaw, PO leader Borys Budka is also scheduled to speak.

Indeed, we faced a situation that should not have happened. And of course, it is no excuse that a number of other countries, important politicians such as the President of France, Boris Johnson when he was still a minister, the President of Turkey, or the former President of Ukraine Poroshenko at the time he held his office, have also been subjected to such actions. This is of course no excuse, but what happened, some commentators, some experts describe, or in general these actions conducted by Russians, some experts describe as an element of Russian information warfare – stated Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Krzysztof Skórzyński in TVN24's "Jeden na jeden". - In my opinion, a thorough analysis should answer the question whether any further steps should be taken, and above all, it should answer the question of what to do to prevent such situations from happening again, because here we are all in agreement, such situations should not occur – continued the Head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery.

- Some experts point out that these actions could be part of information warfare waged by the Russian Federation. This is indicated by the choice of individuals targeted or subjected to such actions, as well as the timing of when it occurs – stated Michał Dworczyk in TVN24's "One on One".

- I can assure you that we are conducting analyses regarding all aspects of this event, and conclusions will certainly be drawn once these analyses are completed – the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister continued.

- I am convinced that now is the time to summarize the campaign, and it is also time for some rest, as it was an extremely tough campaign. The government, if we're talking about the government, besides functioning normally in recent weeks and months, had an especially intensified period of work before that, related to the fight against coronavirus. But also, like all politicians, and particularly Prime Minister Morawiecki here, in addition to their daily duties, they were engaged in the campaign. This engagement of politicians, which always happens during a campaign, if someone denies it, they are either a hypocrite or trying to mislead their interlocutors. Thus, thanks to this cooperation between the Prime Minister and the President, this correlation, we managed to win the elections. Moreover, the recent record increases in support for both the President and the Prime Minister are also a testament to this - stated Michał Dworczyk in "Jeden na jeden" on TVN24.

- We are definitely not hunting anyone, but we are always open to cooperation, whether it's in a broader formula, concerning various coalitions between entire formations. If there are parliamentarians who also support a parliamentary majority in a given political project or vote, one can be happy about that – stated Michał Dworczyk in "Jeden na jeden" on TVN24.

- I would like to remind you that previously, when we dealt with votes of confidence for individual politicians or the government, there were also politicians representing environments other than the United Right who voted with the parliamentary majority, and they were representatives of the left and other clubs. So I wouldn't see anything extraordinary in this and I wouldn't look for a hidden meaning – continued the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

- My position is best evidenced by the resolution adopted by Porozumienie on Tuesday, and these are different from what you called tightening the screws. There can be no talk of tightening the screws at all, but when it comes to specific matters, repolonization is impossible. Some form of EU-compliant deconcentration is possible, but this should not be a priority. As for the judiciary, we will be waiting for specific proposals from Minister Ziobro. However, our priorities are, firstly, the economy, secondly, improving intra-EU relations, and generally, Poland's active participation in the debate on the future of the European Union, with particular emphasis on the Green Deal, and with particular emphasis on the Recovery Fund - said Jarosław Gowin in a conversation with Marcin Fijołek on Poranek Siódma9.

“We disagree with the arbitrary approach to the rule of law. We believe Article 7 exists and is ongoing. Let it proceed at its own pace. However, merging these two areas of life, two completely different areas, including legal ones, poses a huge threat to legal certainty, and we do not agree to that,” Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said before the European Council summit in Brussels.

- Of course, he didn't become the leader of the opposition. Even the sympathetic weekly "Polityka" published a poll showing that only for about 30% of his voters was he the ideal candidate. Is he afraid of revealing documentation concerning the transfer of 4 million in funds to an organization that was registered two days before the competition was announced, and the only asset of this organization is the fact that it was managed solely by a PiS activist? There are many such questions and accusations” - he added.

We must do this together and jointly, because if anyone today complains about political parties, I have one answer: sign up en masse and change political parties, so that they become more open, more democratic, more smiling, but if not, if you don't want to join a party, then let's go together, let's create a civic movement, which, together with local governments, non-governmental organizations, think tanks, and people of goodwill, will create the foundations for defending civil society and all independent institutions. In August, we will meet together for the 40th anniversary of Solidarity, because we will not let them take away our pride in our heritage, with all local government officials.
