Our protest includes allegations concerning violations of the Constitution, specifically the timing of the election announcement, a point repeatedly raised by prominent constitutionalists. We also have a significant allegation, in our opinion, regarding the activities of TVP and its support for only one candidate, while continuously discrediting candidate Rafał Trzaskowski. I believe we all witnessed this, but we want the Supreme Court to look into this matter. Our allegations also include, in our assessment, violations of proper procedure by government administration bodies and their support for only one of the candidates – Grzegorz Wójtowicz stated at a press briefing in front of the Supreme Court. We have attached over 2,000 individual notifications and irregularities to our protest, which I have received in recent days. More are still coming in; those verified have been submitted today.
