President Duda at the 610th Anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald: Today, Poland and Lithuania, Without Swords But in Friendship, Co-create Europe, the North Atlantic Alliance, and the Developing World

- I am immensely pleased that our Lithuanian friends are with us today to showcase these symbolic ties, but above all, I am immensely pleased with the flourishing Polish-Lithuanian friendship - said President Andrzej Duda during the celebrations of the 610th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald.

- Symbols may seem insignificant at first glance, but anyone who thinks so is mistaken. Symbols build politics, symbols build history, symbols build relationships. I am immensely pleased that the President and the Prime Minister are with us today, because this is precisely a symbolic presence. Let it be a sign on this 610th anniversary of our shared struggle that today, Poland and Lithuania, without swords but in friendship, co-create Europe, the North Atlantic Alliance, and the developing world - added the president.
