The Sejm will commence its session at 11:00 with the second reading of the government's draft law on support for the trade credit insurance market in response to the economic effects of COVID-19.

Also on the agenda is the first reading of the President's draft law on financial benefits for persons deported or exiled to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics between 1939 and 1956, scheduled for 13:00.

At 16:00, a three-hour block of voting will begin, during which, among other things, the Senate's amendments to the Polish Tourist Voucher Act will be considered. Members of parliament will also elect three members of the so-called pedophilia commission.

At 19:00, the Sejm will consider the Civic Platform's motion of no-confidence against the Minister of the Interior and Administration, Mariusz Kamiński, and at 20:30, the Civic Platform's motion of no-confidence against the Minister of Justice, Zbigniew Ziobro. The vote will take place between 22:00 and 22:15.

President Andrzej Duda and the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, will participate in the celebrations of the 610th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald. The solemn observances will begin at 11:00, with the unveiling and consecration of a stone commemorating the battle at 12:30. The presidents' discussions are scheduled for 13:15.

At 12:00, the Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki, and Deputy Marshals of the Senate, Gabriela Morawska-Stanecka and Michał Kamiński, will attend a meeting aimed at establishing a Local Government Committee for the commemoration of the Battle of Warsaw in 1920. Following the meeting, a press briefing will be held at 13:00. At 18:00, the Sejm's State Control Committee will provide its opinion to the Marshal of the Sejm on the applications of the President of NIK (Supreme Audit Office) for the appointment of members to the College of the Supreme Audit Office: Tomasz Sobecki, Janusz Pawelczyk, Piotr Walczak, Michał Jędrzejczyk, and Włodzimierz Broński.

“We have no doubts about the final result. We recognize the election result, but the Supreme Court must determine the scale of irregularities. The result as such is not in doubt, but these individual cases, which may add up to a certain mass, are in doubt. We actually don’t know the scale of irregularities. Only the Supreme Court can determine this scale” – said Cezary Tomczyk from Civic Coalition in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24.

- There will be a government reshuffle. Yesterday, I spoke in the Sejm corridors with several prominent PiS MPs, and the government reshuffle is planned for immediately after the next Sejm session next week, which will adopt the budget execution report. I learned that there will likely be a change in the Minister of Finance - said Krzysztof Gawkowski in an interview with Grzegorz Jankowski on Polskie Radio’s Jedynka program "Sygnały dnia".

- We will conduct an assessment, but it will be a programmatic one. The result was poor, and one must recover from poor results. You win some, you lose some in politics. In this sense, I myself would welcome the expansion of the political and social base of the United Right government with openness” - said Jarosław Gowin, leader of Porozumienie, in an interview with Piotr Kraśko on Radio TOK FM's Poranek.

- At the moment, there are no decisions regarding a government reshuffle. I do not expect any decisions to be made in this regard in the near future. We also have time. “All decisions that will be made in the context of the election results, a very long, five-month campaign, are currently ahead of us. Today, during the voting block between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, the Sejm will appoint three members to the state commission for investigating cases of acts against sexual freedom and decency towards a minor under 15 years of age, the so-called pedophilia commission. In turn, during next week's three-day session beginning on Wednesday, the members of the aforementioned commission will be sworn in, and a chairman will be elected.

In a voting session, Members of Parliament considered the Senate's amendments to the presidential draft law on the Polish Tourism Voucher. The bill will now be sent to the President.

Members of parliament, during a block of votes, elected Barbara Chrobak, Hanna Elżanowska, and Andrzej Nowarski as members of the so-called "pedophilia commission." Only there did each partner retain their subjectivity. Everyone had their place, everyone could present their values, but there was also cooperation, not getting in each other's way, not forcing a common denominator - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Polsat News.

"Releasing such news [about PiS's attempt to seize the Senate majority] is deplorable, not to say brazen. Senators of the democratic majority, and other senators too, are big personalities, individuals who are authorities in their circles, elected by the votes of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of their constituents, who entrusted them with their mandates. Openly inciting them to betray their voters and ideals is brazen. This is not even explained by some obsession or delusions of this or that PiS senator. This is not how one should behave" – said Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki on TVN24.

"Borys Budka is the undisputed leader of the party named Civic Platform. We haven't discussed [a name change]. Using the Senate as an example, we proved that with four parties – the Polish Coalition, PSL, the Left, and independent senators – we found so many common grounds that, despite our differences, we haven't lost a single vote in the Senate for six months, even though many predicted a short lifespan for us. We would like to infect others with this example," said Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki on TVN24.

"This is a historic event for the Polish economy.
