- The number of lies that TVN has uttered on the subject of the investigation into the Smolensk tragedy truly exceeds all acceptable limits. So, the genesis related to the special services, as I've already said, has immense significance. Therefore, it's worth remembering it when speaking about TVN. Defending TVN's lies seems simply very strange – Antoni Macierewicz stated in an interview with Dorota Kania on Polskie Radio 24.

- I have no intention whatsoever of attacking foreign owners. I am merely stating that the personnel of TVN, the journalism of TVN, is based on individuals who promote people from the former special services – he added.

- We are very happy with foreign Western investments in our country, but they have their limits in the media. It is very good if foreign representatives participate and operate within them, but only within a certain specified scope. I hope such legislation will be introduced in Poland, because sometimes there is an impression that Polish social life is medially dominated from a perspective that is often simply incompetent, poorly acquainted with Polish conditions, and very focused on brutally attacking the activities of governments aimed at improving the situation of the Polish population - Antoni Macierewicz said on Polish Radio 24.

- I can talk about, for instance, how important it is to continue the development of the Bełchatów mine and power plant. I say this not because I am a Member of Parliament, but because it is one of the most important, if not the most important, enterprises from the perspective of Poland's energy sovereignty, supplying one-third of the electricity for the entire country. Its development is an absolutely fundamental issue, which is why undertaking new economic initiatives that will develop Bełchatów is very important - said Antoni Macierewicz on Polish Radio 24.

- It was clear from the start that this fight would be very close. I was certain of President Duda's victory, I even made a bet, but I predicted a slightly larger margin, 52 to 48. It is a term in which the president also becomes a dean in international relations. One can say so, because there are not many individuals who win the presidential office twice through popular vote, and these are usually people who are subsequently recognized in international relations as individuals with great authority. Regarding the conclusions drawn from this campaign, one is undeniable. We lost the election among young voters, the younger generation - stated Jarosław Gowin in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. - We must create a new, more convincing offer for the younger generation. We have 3 years for this, and now we need to focus on analyzing the research results, and secondly, on drawing conclusions - he continued.

- I hope this will be a certain leitmotif for President Duda's second term. The core conclusion is that Poland must be mended, because 10.5 million voters for President Duda, 10 million voters for Rafał Trzaskowski – it's split in half, and moreover, a very deep split, because the emotions were strong – stated Jarosław Gowin in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

“We did not discuss repolonization, what Minister Kowalski calls repolonization. If anything, I prefer to talk about decentralization, but this decentralization, or even repolonization, must occur through market methods,” stated Jarosław Gowin in “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” on TVN24. “This [statutory repolonization of media] would be completely contrary to EU law, whereas there are mechanisms that are successfully used in countries which, for both the editor and myself, and probably for the majority of viewers, are a good point of reference when it comes to democratic standards, such as Germany,” he continued.

It shows that Poles living abroad feel a connection to Poland, are aware of their belonging to Polish society, and exercise their rights. In this situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' task is to ensure that Poles living abroad can exercise their constitutional rights, i.e., participate in elections” - Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said at a press conference.

„We sent out ballot packages - 480,000 packages. Of these, we received back exactly 399,360 envelopes, which constitutes 83%. This is a very good result. We were surprised by such a good outcome, such a positive response from Poles, as well as the efficiency of the system. In 2015, this return rate was 66%, which is a significant increase” - he added. 

“It is an electoral process and emotions are very high. I attribute it to a certain nervousness, anticipation of the final result, and hopes of reversing the electoral outcome. In my opinion, that is where they come from. I do not want to appear as someone involved in political disputes. I avoided making statements during the election campaign” – said Minister Jacek Czaputowicz at a press conference.

- There are no such talks. As for the governing coalition, it has stable parliamentary support. We recently had the best proof of this during the vote of confidence for Prime Minister Morawiecki's government, but of course, we always say this and make our position clear: whether in local government or in the Senate, if someone wants to join the 'good change', wants to work for Poland, and believes our program is something they identify with, then our doors are always open - Radosław Fogiel said in an interview with Adrian Klarenbach on Polish Radio 24.

- Setting aside political sympathies and antipathies, and approaching this as analytically as possible in my case, it's true that Platforma may face some turbulence. - First and foremost, I am the Mayor of Warsaw. No, I have no intention of resigning. - We have to be together again [local government officials] because we will be the next target of this monopoly of power, which cannot tolerate independent institutions, and there will certainly be an attack on local governments, even stronger. Therefore, we must be together, and there is truly something to build. Because we must continue to fight for Poland to be a democratic state, for there not to be a government that tries to make all independent institutions dependent on itself. - To rebuild means, above all, to clearly define our program, to discuss it, to clearly show everyone what we are actually about. It seems to me that the narrative we constructed during the election campaign with citizens, local governments, but also with those political parties that supported me, is a narrative about a free, proud, European Poland, one in which people are not divided into the equal and the more equal, a Poland in which we stand by every weaker person, by everyone who is attacked. I believe this is a beautiful narrative, and our goal at the moment is to prepare such a program, such a programmatic basis for the party itself, so that it resonates and so that the Platform looks completely different in the future, but we must do much more, namely, we cannot leave this incredible civic energy, because it was a civic campaign, to itself, but we must try to involve as many people as possible and build even more alongside the party - he continued.

- We cannot be manipulated in this way, and it is normal that we will buy oil through an integrated concern, and the more oil we buy for the region, the better prices we will get. It will pay off for all of us. This merger has been discussed since 1998, for 22 years, but there was no courage to execute it. This is how large concerns are built in Europe. There was great determination from Orlen, Mr. Prime Minister Morawiecki, Sasin, and Deputy Prime Minister Emilewicz, and it succeeded - said Daniel Obajtek in GW TVP.

"This is the EC's approval and we will implement remedial measures for a year, and both brands will remain, but we will achieve full integration. This is why we want to acquire another concern, to create a large concern that will have significantly greater investment capabilities, which will build strength in other markets. For this, we must be united and undergo transformation, combine funds for research and development because perhaps in the future we will use hydrogen and for this, united forces are needed. Such synergies among concerns in Europe happened much earlier; we pondered for 22 years, and if we had done it earlier, the concern's strength would have been much greater," said Daniel Obajtek on GW TVP.

- In such a large industry, investment is necessary. This year, we will spend 8 billion on investment. Lotos is also needed for its contribution to the petrochemical industry, and these investments will be significantly higher with optimized costs. Synergy will lead to higher profits and higher investments - said Daniel Obajtek on GW TVP.

I won't speak of uniting anything, because naturally, I feel I am the custodian of the great hope that has emerged in Poland. However, I don't want to talk right now about consolidating everyone, as first, we need to discuss with everyone else what future cooperation should look like. Each political party, perhaps also Szymon Hołownia's movement, which he wants to establish, has its own autonomy. But it's important that we cooperate with each other. Because it was evident in this second round of elections how close it was. It's clear that one move, one party isn't enough; we need to broaden our reach, we need to cooperate, that this civic energy which has been unleashed must be utilized – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

- This is the hard work of myself, Prime Minister Morawiecki, and Minister Sasin; it's the building of a European champion, the creation of a company tasked with significant investment. Building a multi-energy company serves the creation of a champion that has the mission to build Poland's energy transformation. From low-emission sources to zero-emission sources, and to achieve this, we must be an integrated concern. - I believe that today is certainly not the time for maliciousness and blame-shifting. - During the PO (Civic Platform) government's tenure, over 8 years, Orlen's profit was 2 billion 900 million PLN. In the span of 4 years, Orlen has made a profit of 23 billion PLN. Of course, the crisis and the pandemic are causing a decrease in revenue, but we will survive this period because the company previously generated very large funds. This entire pathology of the fuel mafia has finally ended. The mafias have stopped destroying our national business. It was a draining of Poles because if less fuel was sold at stations, prices were higher. The mafias plundered the budget's profits, but Poles also lost a second time because refineries did not operate at full capacity, and the unit price at the station was higher.
