Bodnar:

We Receive Dozens of Complaints Daily Regarding Various Aspects of Organizing Elections Abroad
We receive dozens of complaints daily regarding various aspects of organizing elections abroad. Of course, for such a complaint to reach us, someone must realize that an institution like the Commissioner for Human Rights can help. We try to react to these matters on an ongoing basis. We know that in the elections in Great Britain, several thousand ballot packages did not return to the consulates. The question arises why. Did people not send them back, or did the postal service not have enough time to deliver them – said Adam Bodnar in an interview with Piotr Witwicki in Polsat News's "Graffiti".

Fogiel:

Prime Ministership Materializes When Premier's Competencies Are Exercised. The Role is Held, But Exercised in Specific Situations. Being Prime Minister Cannot Hinder Campaign Involvement

"Regarding the presence of Prime Minister Morawiecki [in the campaign], it's simply a division of roles. Chairman Kaczyński is focusing on working with the party in these elections, while Prime Minister Morawiecki, as he often jokes himself, has over a dozen meetings in a single day, demonstrating the endurance of a robot on weekends. The Prime Minister is not part of Andrzej Duda's campaign staff. If he is performing duties related to his role as prime minister, he is acting as prime minister. If he participates in a rally where he encourages people, he is then simply a PiS activist. Prime ministership materializes at the moment when the prime minister's competencies are exercised. Exactly the same as all prime ministers before him who participated in various campaigns on the same principle. The role is held, but it is exercised in specific situations. Being prime minister cannot be a hindrance to, just like any PiS activist, MP, or councilor, engaging in the campaign, speaking at rallies, or distributing leaflets" - said PiS Deputy Spokesperson Radosław Fogiel in an interview with Piotr Kraśko on TOK FM Radio's Poranek.

Kaleta on Mandatory Vaccinations: "I Vaccinate My Children According to the Law. I Do It Because the Law Was Established Based on Scientific Research"

- I vaccinate my children according to the law. Since there is a binding law, it is established based on a certain scientific heritage... I do it because the law was enacted based on scientific research, and this research indicates that such vaccinations are necessary for our society to be simply healthy - stated Sebastian Kaleta in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

09:04

Kaleta on President's Statement on Vaccinations: Trzaskowski Spoke Similarly. No One Makes a Fuss. He Spoke of Voluntary Vaccination for Adults, but When President Duda Said It, Attempts Are Made to Accuse Him of Not Caring About Poles' Health
- The President has clearly, in many statements, even not just from the last few dozen hours, addressed the issue of vaccinations, primarily the coronavirus vaccine. The coronavirus vaccine, the President has been saying for two months, that regarding adults, the principle should be voluntary vaccination, and what is important in this discussion, which many commentators overlooked yesterday, Rafał Trzaskowski expressed himself in a similar way. No one makes a fuss about it. He spoke of voluntary vaccination for adults, and when President Duda spoke about it, attempts are made to accuse him of not caring about Poles' health – stated Sebastian Kaleta in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

Trzaskowski Calls on President Duda to Disclose Information on Pardons: It's Worth Having a Transparent System to Clarify the Criteria Guiding Presidential Decisions

I am appealing to Mr. President to disclose information primarily concerning three individuals convicted of drug trafficking within an organized crime group, three individuals convicted of domestic abuse, and one individual convicted of murder. Pardons are a very important element of a presidency, and it is worthwhile for this system to be as transparent as possible. This is not about personal data, but about categories of offenses, so that the public can know all the details” – said Rafał Trzaskowski, candidate of the Civic Coalition for the presidency and mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, at a press conference in Trzcianka.

It is extremely important to receive information on whether individuals connected with Law and Justice or those donating to PiS funds appeared on the list of pardoned individuals. It is worth asking such a question and dispelling all possible doubts about whether such cases are definitively absent, to have absolute clarity on what criteria guide Mr. President when making such important decisions” – he added.

Trzaskowski wants the Presidential Chancellery to disclose the documents by tomorrow evening.

09:22

Duda:

I've Always Been Against Forest Privatization. It Was a Big Topic in the Last Presidential Campaign Five Years Ago. We Remember There Were Attempts at Privatization

- I've always been against something like forest privatization. It was talked about a lot during the previous presidential campaign five years ago. We remember that there were attempts to privatize State Forests. I was a staunch opponent of this, and I am very glad that such ideas have absolutely not been reflected in the Polish legal system - said President Andrzej Duda in Poleski National Park.

10:10

Trzaskowski:

The Ruling Party May Be Considering Abolishing Powiats, Signals Suggest. Even if False, They Clearly Don't Take Powiats Seriously.

- Today, these elections are also a defense of places like Trzcianka, because the ruling party may be thinking, as signals we receive suggest, about abolishing powiats. Even if it turns out that this is not true, they certainly do not take powiats seriously - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with the residents of Trzcianka.

10:15

Trzaskowski:

Instead of discussing fundamental problems like saving jobs, the President talks about looking after the price of mustard.

- Many people were left to fend for themselves during the epidemic. Freelancers, the transport industry, the tourism industry, and especially local governments, which are supposed to help citizens, received no support. Today, instead of talking about healthcare, instead of talking about all these fundamental problems, about saving jobs, the President tells us he will look after the price of mustard or answers pre-arranged questions – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

10:20

Leszczyna:

Trzaskowski's Program Will Cost Tens of Billions of Zlotys, But the Timeline Can Be Spread Over 5 Years

- The cost of Rafał Trzaskowski's program will be tens of billions of zlotys, but I will repeat again: the timeline can be spread over 5 years, and I assure you that if anyone is able to create an economy that will earn for this, it will be a lawful, strong, independent President Rafał Trzaskowski, not Andrzej Duda - stated Izabela Leszczyna in a conversation with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

10:23

Trzaskowski:

In the 16 towns where fire trucks were funded, I won in 10. Thank you very much.

- The President, Andrzej Duda, and the Prime Minister have a similar habit, that is, they travel around and say: I will save this hospital, I will save this PKS [state bus company]. The Prime Minister suddenly hands out checks during the election campaign, instead of focusing on governing. Or they suddenly wake up, campaign, and fund fire trucks. It's very good that they fund them, but they only fund them in places with the highest turnout. Incidentally, in those 16 towns where they funded fire trucks, I won in 10. Thank you very much – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

10:27

Trzaskowski:

When cooperation with the government is necessary, I will cooperate. Even if they don't want to, I will cooperate out of spite.

- When cooperation with the government is necessary, I will cooperate with the government. Even if they don't want to, I will cooperate with them out of spite. However, I will cooperate with them when they make rational decisions – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

10:29

Trzaskowski:

They Will Definitely Target Independent Media. If There Are Three Stations Like TVP, It Will Be Truly Difficult to Win Any Election in Our Country

- We already have one TVP, they will definitely target independent media. If there are three stations like TVP, it will be truly difficult to win any election in our country - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with the residents of Trzcianka.

10:33

Trzaskowski:

Don't Make This Mistake. You Cannot Underestimate Kaczyński. He Can Still Come Up With Many Things We Haven't Dreamed Of. That's Why We Must Go to the Elections.

- Listen, never, I implore you, make this mistake. You cannot underestimate Jarosław Kaczyński. He can truly still come up with many things we haven't dreamed of. That's why we must go to these elections, that's why we must win - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with the residents of Trzcianka.

Civic Coalition Renews Call to President Duda for Debate and Confrontation with Trzaskowski

The presidential debate has still not taken place. Poles still have no opportunity to compare the views of the incumbent president with those of President Rafał Trzaskowski. Poles simply deserve an honest, substantive, calm, and factual debate. Poles have a right to it and Poles expect this debate. It is deeply puzzling, but also very disturbing for us, that the incumbent president cowardly flees from a conversation with his opponent. Once again, in the name of maintaining the highest democratic standards, we call on President Duda for an honest debate, a debate conducted by real journalists, where real questions will be asked. We are not interested in staged events by TVP” – said PO Secretary General Marcin Kierwiński at a press conference.

11:20

PMM:

In the face of crisis, do we need quarrels? Do we need the war Tusk waged against President Kaczyński or President Kwaśniewski against AWS? No. We need calm, cooperation, stability.
"In the face of the crisis, which commentators are calling the crisis of the century, do we need quarrels? Do we need the quarrels that Donald Tusk waged, the war he waged against President Lech Kaczyński, or President Kwaśniewski against AWS? No. We need calm. We need cooperation, stability. Only cooperation with President Andrzej Duda will give us this," said Mateusz Morawiecki in Piotrków Trybunalski.

11:27

PM Morawiecki to Trzaskowski: We Invite You to PiS if You Want to Apply, Since You're Adopting Our Program Today

- Mr. Trzaskowski, this is Poland. Not the salons you represent. Not the Brussels salons. Not this hypocrisy. Not the lying. Not a different view in the evening than in the morning. What did he recently call PiS's social policy? With contempt, handouts, modernization efforts, a budget catastrophe. And today he's clinging to PiS. Mr. Trzaskowski, we invite you to PiS, although I don't know if you'd be accepted in a democratic vote. But we invite you if you want to apply, since you're adopting our program today, and yesterday you still spoke of it with contempt - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Piotrków Trybunalski.

11:28

Budka:

These Elections are About Whether Poland Continues to Develop Based on Our 'Little Homelands' or Follows the Hungarian Path of Extreme Centralism

- Today, these elections are, among other things, about whether Poland will continue to develop based on our 'little homelands,' whether we will continue to utilize the great potential of local governments, or whether, unfortunately, we will follow the Hungarian path of extreme centralism and stripping local governments of their competencies – stated Borys Budka in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

11:32

Budka:

Local Government Cannot Be Treated as Party Spoils. Local Government Cannot Be Treated in the Way Some PiS Activists Do
But here I want to refer to one very important thing. Do not be fooled. It's not as if the president will suddenly build you a bypass, as some of your local government officials are saying. Local government cannot be treated as party spoils. Local government cannot be treated in the way some PiS activists do. Such investments should be decided based on substantive, relative needs of the residents, not party arrangements. This is precisely what distinguishes us from our opponents, political adversaries, that we say clearly: local government should govern itself, not be governed from Warsaw - stated Borys Budka in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

12:30

Duda:

I would like voter turnout in the second round to be even higher than in the first

- A moment of great importance for our homeland, because precisely on Sunday, July 12th, you will all together decide at the polling stations about the future of Poland. I have come to earnestly ask you to participate in these elections, to go to these elections, to encourage your families, your friends, acquaintances, relatives, everyone, to help those who have difficulty reaching the polling stations, to also use your own cars for this purpose - stated President Andrzej Duda in Biała Podlaska.

- I would like voter turnout in this second round to be even higher than in the first, although I am very grateful because the turnout in the first was already excellent, wonderful - PAD continued. - I am very proud that my fellow countrymen have been participating in elections so en masse recently, that turnout in every election is significantly higher than before - he emphasized.

12:38

President Duda: I Want to Continue the Policy of Supporting Families and Raising Living Standards, Aiming for Western European Levels

- I want to continue this policy, the policy of supporting families, of raising living standards. I want the living standard of Polish families to rise to that of families in Western Europe. This is an ambition that must be realized in the coming years - stated President Andrzej Duda in Biała Podlaska.

Idyllic Visions of Peace and Togetherness as the Backdrop for Trzaskowski's Unifying Message in Latest Spot: 'A Dream of Poland Where There's Peace, Where There's No Shouting, No Aggression, Connects Us'
- A dream of Poland where there's peace, where there's no shouting, no aggression, connects us - says Rafał Trzaskowski, who narrates the latest election spot, published first by 300POLITYKA. The backdrop for the presidential candidate's unifying message consists of idyllic images symbolizing peace and togetherness: a woman waking up to the gentle sound of an alarm clock, a young man during his morning ablutions, pouring fresh breakfast coffee, going for a jog, a smiling man in a factory, a child being lifted by a parent and holding a national flag – everything associated with calm and a sense of fulfillment. This is another video spot in Trzaskowski's campaign, maintained in a consistently pastel and calm atmosphere. This is a maneuver intended – probably – to build a contrast to the style of the president's re-election campaign, which has so far been maintained in quite high emotional registers.

13:40

Trzaskowski:

Jarosław Kaczyński Suddenly Disappeared. If We Could Say Goodbye to President Kaczyński, What Would You Say if We Said Goodbye to a Few More Ministers with Tightly Closed Lips?

This Sunday can be very productive. Today, when I say that a certain generation of politicians should step down from the levers of power, that we all have had enough of Jarosław Kaczyński, it sounds like a spell, a wish that many of you share, but this is the power of the ballot. If we are able to bring about change and have a strong, independent president, we will primarily deprive Mr. Jarosław of the ability to make those daily phone calls and to give the president laws to sign without question. And you can do this if we all stand together, if you persuade others who are hesitant today or want to stay home, that everyone should go to the polls en masse on Sunday. It is you who can decide on this change” - said Rafał Trzaskowski, candidate for president of the Civic Coalition and mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Look, Jarosław Kaczyński suddenly disappeared. Perhaps you would contribute to him being hidden away for longer? I have a request for you, because now that we are starting and things are going so well, if we could say goodbye to President Kaczyński, what would you say if we said goodbye to a few more ministers with tightly closed lips? Let’s think for a moment. What if we said goodbye to all those who have tightly closed lips, all those who today have specialized in attacking us, in looking for enemies, if we considered that it is time to say goodbye to those who, instead of thinking about the state, think about the state of the Szumowskis, the Morawieckis, what if we said goodbye to all those who want to help their friends, acquaintances, favorite ski instructors, who are constantly thinking about themselves. Perhaps, as a proud society that has achieved so much over the last 30 years, because it is thanks to you that Poland has changed so incredibly, perhaps we truly deserve something different?” - he added.

14:19

President Duda: Development Must Reach All of Poland, Not Just Big Cities

- Enough of the development model from before 2015, which only focused on big cities, big cities. Today, all of Poland needs development. Both the big cities, the smaller ones, and the Polish countryside. Money must be invested everywhere, investments must be realized everywhere. Because everywhere people deserve a dignified life. Everywhere they should be treated equally, everywhere they should have equal rights and equal opportunities for development. That is what it is all about - stated President Andrzej Duda in Łuków.

14:25

President Duda: These are the Elections That Will Determine Poland's Future as a Major Aviation Hub

- These are the elections. Will we have a truly significant, international, powerful airport in Poland, the Solidarity Central Communication Port, or will someone tell us it's better to travel to Berlin because they'll have an airport there in two years. In whose interest would that be? For whom? - stated President Andrzej Duda in Łuków.

- Yes, we can afford major investments. We are a large European country. The heart of Europe, the geographical center of Europe, is right here with us. We are a large state, over 312,000 square kilometers. Here, in Poland, 38 million of us live, and another 20 million live abroad. We are therefore a powerful nation. Can we not afford major investments, development? Our people are so intelligent that they can build careers all over the world. They make scientific inventions. We can afford to achieve the position of the wealthiest states and nations in Europe, and that's precisely what we're striving for - PAD continued.

15:16

300POLITYKA NEWS: After 4 PM in the Palace Gardens, President Duda to Launch a Political Initiative Set to Dominate Debate for Days to Come
On the final stretch of the campaign, Andrzej Duda will unveil a political initiative poised to dominate public discourse not only until the election but also afterward, 300POLITYKA has learned from close associates of the head of state. – This is a full-blooded, strong political initiative that no one expects, especially at the campaign's close – we hear. According to our sources, the initiative is intended to be "strongly unifying" and the most potent political signal to date within the ongoing campaign. The president's initiative is meant to serve as a communal contrast to the confrontational political approach perceived from his opponent, we are told. As we learn, the president's statement will take place after 4 PM, likely in the gardens of the Presidential Palace.

Trzaskowski on Bus Collision in Warsaw: I'm Surprised That So Many Hours Have Passed and There Are No Clear Blood Test Results

I am very surprised that the PiS-funded television is trying to turn this [Arriva bus collision] into an election campaign issue without checking the facts. I am also very surprised that after preliminary tests, information was released to the public before definitive urine and blood tests were conducted. I am waiting for these tests, because these are the tests that will be truly conclusive and they are the basis for informing the public at all about what happened. I am surprised that so many hours have passed and these definitive tests are still unavailable” – said Rafał Trzaskowski, candidate of the Civic Coalition for the presidency and the mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, at a press conference in Szczecin.

17:18

President Duda's Appeal: "Let's Meet Peacefully After July 12th to Discuss What Matters Most"

- I have a proposal for the entire political scene, but primarily for those who share values such as family and the good of the family, our cultural community, the community of our tradition and our traditions, values such as supporting young people in their ambitions and aspirations, values such as the sustainable, peaceful development of our country, but everywhere, so that investments happen everywhere, so that living conditions improve everywhere, so that constitutional principles of freedom, freedom of choosing a place of residence, freedom of choosing a place of work, are indeed realized, so that all this is ensured, so that our history is respected, so that Polish affairs are conducted with dignity. So that we always stand guard over the dignity of Poland and Poles, so that we call heroes heroes and honor them. I have no doubt that among the many viewpoints on the Polish political scene today there are groups and, above all, people who, in this regard, undoubtedly, one could say, constitute a community of these most important views. This very sharing of common values, and thus the desire to realize them, i.e., to conduct what I call Polish affairs. Therefore, I wanted to appeal in this regard to all politicians and those who are involved on the side of the PSL, Koalicja Polska, Konfederacja. Ladies and gentlemen, let's meet peacefully after July 12th. Let's talk about the matters that are most important. I ask that all those who are active in local governments also do this. This is not just about those people who hold power at its highest levels, who sit in the Sejm or Senate. It is also about all those who hold power in Poland, who conduct public affairs from the highest level down to the most peaceful local government activities, closest to the people - stated President Andrzej Duda in the Presidential Palace.

17:28

"Please, Let Us Try to Find That Common Ground Where We Can Meet and Pursue Polish Affairs Together, the Most Important Ones, Protecting Values That Hold Fundamental Significance for Us." PAD on a "Broad Coalition for Polish Affairs"

- Take note of these values, of this system. I want to implement it above all. I know that there are also differences between us, but I would like cooperation to take place on these most important matters, so that we can realize them together, so that we realize them in a broad coalition for Polish affairs, a broad coalition for Polish affairs that cares for the most important values, and which knows how to sit down and agree on positions on other matters. I am convinced that such politics is possible. I have no doubt that such politics is primarily expected for the future of Poland, that Poland needs such politics because we truly have a unique opportunity before us today. We live in a safe country, we are strengthened by alliances, we are members of the EU and NATO, there are allied troops on our territory, and we are developing economically. This is an ideal situation, a great opportunity, and a responsibility towards future generations, but also towards the memory of all those who came before us. That is why I ask that we try to find that common ground where we can meet and pursue Polish affairs together, the most important ones, protecting values that hold fundamental significance for us. I am convinced that this is possible for the good of Poland, this post-July 12th, for the coming years, so that we can place our country in a dignified position, not only as one of the largest European countries by territory, but also as one of those countries where people live peacefully, where they live prosperously, where the principle of justice is implemented, where honesty triumphs over cynicism and meanness, a country that does not have to fear the strong, but knows how to defend the weak - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

17:38

President Duda: I want to be the patron of a coalition of Polish causes, a grand coalition protecting our most important values

- I believe that for the absolute majority of us, these very desires represent the vision of Poland we would like to have in the future. I invite you to this cooperation. I would like to be the patron of a coalition of Polish causes, a grand coalition of Polish causes, protecting the most important Polish values. Family, the dignity of Poland and Poles, our honor, the memory of our heroes, the memory of various moments in our history, both difficult and very glorious, and above all, pride and ambition to develop Poland and build it for those of us living here today, but especially for future generations. With full responsibility, also in the future, before history - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

Hetman, Jarubas, and Kalinowski Support Trzaskowski: "Because He Won't Let Poland Be Taken Out of the EU, Because PiS's Monopoly on Power Harms Poland"

"We are voting for Rafał Trzaskowski because, as president, he will not allow Poland to be taken out of the EU, because the Law and Justice (PiS) party's monopoly on power harms Poland, because this Sunday we will make a choice between freedom, self-governance, and the oppressiveness of this government. That is why we are going to vote, and we warmly encourage others to do the same" – stated Jarosław Kalinowski, Adam Jarubas, and Krzysztof Hetman in a joint recording.

Trzaskowski in Szczecin Delivers Programmatic Manifesto, Echoing Martin Luther King: I Dream of a Republic Where Power Serves the People, Not the Other Way Around
I would like to tell you about how I envision Poland, which we can build together after July 12th. I would like to tell you that I am accompanied by such a dream, and I wanted to share this dream with you here in Szczecin. A dream of Poland, which we will build together. Where, just like in Szczecin, listen, people from different walks of life, from all over Poland, meet. In order to build from scratch, to build their own place, a new world - said Rafał Trzaskowski. This dream of mine is a dream of a Poland that, just like Szczecin, is a Poland of open, tolerant, brave, and defiant people. I dream of a country where, just like in Szczecin, there are people with strong spines, people who never give in to oppressive power. We will build a country where all symbols will be shared symbols, and we will not let these symbols be taken away from us. I dream of a country where all politicians know that the Earth is round, that children should be vaccinated. I dream of a country where all politicians know that, yes, humans can ruin our planet with their actions. This is the kind of country I dream of. I dream of a country where no one turns their back on the climate crisis, where investment is made in renewable energy sources, a country where the challenges of the entire world and the challenges of civilization are clearly addressed, and we will build such a country together. I dream of a country where, even if someone made a mistake 30 years ago, but did not break the law, has atoned for it since, and then built a free Poland, all their sins will be forgiven and no one will divide us any longer. This is the kind of country I dream of. We will build a country together where shipyards truly build ships and vessels. A country where the arms industry flourishes, and Poland becomes a center of innovation. And all of this, ladies and gentlemen, is in our hands. I hope that precisely such a dream will come true. I dream of a state where the Presidential Palace echoes with children's laughter, where there is a lot of love visible, and at night the presidential couple sleeps embraced, not taking calls from some sad man. I dream of a Presidential Palace where there are artists, social activists, and specialists who meet daily to consult on how to create a better and more beautiful Poland. I dream of a country where instead of building mirages on an empty meadow, it is evident that politicians want investments here and now and support for local governments, because that is what is most important today. Where foreign partners are met to talk with them, to firmly negotiate important matters for Poland, but not to insult them or pound on the table all the time. We will build a country where if anyone speaks about inconvenient truths, no one will ever accuse them of being German acting in the interest of another country. I also dream of a country where people who want to protest can approach and talk, rather than shouting the same slogans all the time. If someone is diverse or interesting, they are invited to the table to listen to their story, not insulted or thrown out of the house. This is the kind of country I dream of. I dream of a country where the Church is a guide to freedom and responsibility, and faith is a private matter, and no cynics ask us questions because we know perfectly well what our choice is. I dream of a country where artists are primarily invited, supported, and we are proud of them, not constantly trying to censor them. I dream of a country where victims of pedophilia are helped, not pedophiles. I dream of a country where teachers are protected, praised, and defended against those who attack them, where there is no need to cram unnecessary facts at night. I dream of a country where resident doctors are shown respect and thanked for the challenge they have undertaken, and are paid their due wages, not constantly attacked and criticized. I dream of a country where no one dares to infringe upon the independence of judges, where the prosecution is free. I dream of a country where there is respect for the uniform, where the police are completely independent and not forced to throw confetti. We will also certainly build a country where a soldier does not have to hold an umbrella over some apparatchik, but most importantly, where officers and generals do not have a boss who suffers from paranoia. I also dream of a country where a ski instructor sells goggles, not protective masks. And a country where respirators cost exactly as much as they do everywhere else in the world. Where all journalists know perfectly well what ethics are, and which journalists know that they must tell the truth, inform, not produce manipulations and incite hatred, as is happening today on public television. I am convinced that we will succeed in building a country where we strengthen local governments, give them more money, not constantly take that money away like the current government. I dream of a country where no one takes away streets, squares, or power from local governments. I dream of a country where districts are taken seriously, where district hospitals are not closed down, where transport connections are not cut, where schools are not closed down, meaning a country of truly equal opportunities. I dream of a country where we constantly talk about the future, where if we build patriotism, we build patriotism of construction, of real construction, because we need to leave the trenches. I dream of a country where there is no need to constantly search for enemies. Where the government can free itself from its complexes and look clearly into the future. I dream of a Republic where, at least from time to time, the opposition is listened to, where walls or fences are not built in front of the Sejm, where one person is not separated from another, where power is for the people, not people for power, where listening and talking occurs, where consultations take place, where others are treated seriously. I dream of a country where no one lectures us on what family is, because we know perfectly well what family is, and let no one teach us anymore. Together we will build a country where if someone speaks responsibly about supporting the family, they do not destroy education, they support IVF, they do not seek justification for domestic violence, they support non-governmental organizations. What we must achieve together is a country that supports seniors, that supports young people who have the chance to find work and have their own housing. It is a country where farmers are treated as Polish entrepreneurs and are helped. I dream of a country where at 7:30 PM you can watch a Polish film, listen to Polish music, or watch "The Two Who Stole the Moon". I dream of a Poland where the First Lady defends women's rights, is strong, and is not afraid to speak her mind.

Gliński on "Fakt": German tabloid has been compromising itself for a long time, participating in the fabrication of the President with something abhorrent, which is an absolute untruth. This is a cesspool, not media.

“Our opponents have had no substantive arguments strong enough to convince Poles for 5 years. They use socio-technical methods, unfortunately often disgraceful, very low, methods that primarily appeal to human emotions, to emotions focused around hatred or extreme accusations, which are as absurd as the story of associating the President with something abhorrent, which is an absolute untruth, a lie, in which a German tabloid has been participating for a long time, completely compromising itself. This is a cesspool, not media,” said Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński on wPolsce.pl.

19:47

Gliński:

Warsaw Scandals Suddenly Reveal the City is Governed by Handing Over a Large Portion of Municipal Companies to Private, Often Foreign, Capital

We did not announce repolonization [of media] as such, but rather capital deconcentration. In accordance with European law, in accordance with European norms. Foreign capital cannot be banned from entering another country in Europe, which in Poland happened in a scandalous manner, even because the rulers of Poland before us allowed this for many years. We have this not only in the press market, but also in Warsaw. These Warsaw scandals suddenly reveal the fact that this city is governed by this gentleman who wants to be the Polish president, in such a way that the majority, a large part of municipal companies are handed over to private capital. For some reason, accidentally foreign” - said Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński in wPolsce.pl.

19:51

Gliński:

We Haven't Proceeded with Media Concentration Bills Because We Focused on Judicial Reform, as Other Reforms are Difficult Without a Normal Judiciary.

“Regarding media deconcentration, unfortunately, we couldn't do everything in 4.5 years. We have had deconcentration bills ready at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for a long time, but we haven't made a political decision to proceed with them because we primarily focused on the major judicial reform, as it is difficult to carry out other reforms without a normal democracy in the judiciary. We keep encountering some absurd court decisions,” said Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński in an interview with wPolsce.pl.

19:54

Gliński:

We Are Trying to Repair Polish Democracy, Because Before 2015 It Had No Democratic Signs, Beyond Purely Formal Ones

We are trying to repair Polish democracy because it is faltering, because before 2015 it had no democratic signs, beyond purely formal ones. A facade democracy, as described by theorists of this system. All power and all institutions were 100% in the hands of one political option” - said Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński on wPolsce.pl.

Mastalerek:

Today, the President is campaigning the same way he governed – close to the people

- Today, the President is campaigning the same way he governed, meaning close to the people. Back then, it was a campaign for a candidate who, just a few months prior, was not widely known to the public. It was possible to introduce oneself and one's platform from scratch, practically anew. It was known that the President is a highly educated person, holds a doctorate, is cultured, polite, has great rapport with people, and the task was to break through with this and reach the wider public within those few months, and at the end, to contrast it with President Komorowski and his presidency. Here, there is no longer the problem of having to break through with who Andrzej Duda is as a person, a candidate, or a president – stated Marcin Mastalerek in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:06

Mastalerek:

After 5 Years of Constant Talk, Writing, and Smearing, Those Against the President Are Already Set in Their Views

- So much has been said, written, and smeared about the president for 5 years already, that those who were to be negatively inclined towards President Duda are already negatively inclined. He has nothing more to lose - stated Marcin Mastalerek on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:09

Mastalerek:

It's too late for so-called 'bombs,' and besides, one must always remember that such a bomb can explode in someone's hands

- It's too late for so-called 'bombs,' first of all, and besides, one must always remember that such a bomb can explode in someone's hands, so I would advise against it - stated Marcin Mastalerek on Polsat News' "Guest of Events."

20:12

Mastalerek:

"Certain principles were adopted. PAD first presented the slogan 'President of Polish Affairs,' then presented five main, most important Polish affairs, and today he presented an offer for a broad coalition of Polish affairs."
I view the work of President Duda's campaign with appreciation for one reason. They don't make hasty decisions at the end; they are consistent. Certain principles have been adopted. The President first presented the slogan 'President of Polish Affairs,' then he presented these five main, most important Polish affairs that he has been dealing with during his presidency, and which he wants to fight for in the next 5 years. Today, he presented an offer for a broad coalition of Polish affairs with local government officials, but also with formations he is closest to, namely Konfederacja and PSL - stated Marcin Mastalerek on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń."

20:23

Mastalerek:

It Seems the PSL Leadership Has Lost Touch with Their Voters, as Well as Local Government Officials and People Working on the Ground

- Let President Kosiniak-Kamysz talk to PSL starosts, mayors, and town administrators. You can read in the media what they were saying - stated Marcin Mastalerek on "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- It seems that the PSL leadership has lost touch with their voters, as well as local government officials and people working on the ground. It is obvious. Please go to the wPolityce portal and read the interview with a PSL starosta who was at a meeting with President Duda today. There are plenty of such interviews - he continued.

20:27

Mastalerek:

After the election, there will be 3.5 years without any elections. Now, every political formation, every circle wants to implement its program, and activists also want to implement this program in the field.
First and foremost, after the election, there will be 3.5 years without any elections. And now, every political formation, every circle wants to implement its program, and activists also want to implement this program in the field. And the alternative is this: either chaos, a war of all against all, or peace, cooperation. This peace and cooperation is today on the side of those who govern and, if he wins, on the side of President Duda – stated Marcin Mastalerek in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News. - This proposal, this outstretched hand by President Duda, is currently beneficial primarily for all those circles that want to implement their program. They can, of course, make a fuss for the next 3.5 years and not implement anything from their program, but then they can be held accountable by their voters – he continued.

20:38

Mastalerek:

Trzaskowski is Far from Potential Konfederacja, PSL, and Some Hołownia Voters

- Do you know why I think Rafał Trzaskowski is so very nervous at the end of this campaign? Because all his strengths from before the first round, the fact that he could integrate the entire Civic Platform electorate, as well as part of the left-wing electorate, are today Rafał Trzaskowski's weaknesses before the second round. This is because he is so far from potential Konfederacja, PSL, and some Szymon Hołownia voters that he is simply nervous - stated Marcin Mastalerek on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:43

Mastalerek:

Trzaskowski Must Know the Confederation's Electorate's Stance on Feminists. Today, Małgorzata Trzaskowska, by presenting herself as a potential first feminist in interviews, could also be detrimental.

- First and foremost, the First Lady was active in charity and social fields for the entire 5 years, and many people said with recognition that she simply doesn't boast about it in the media because she's doing the work, she's doing her job, and she doesn't need to run to the media with it, because that's how she sees the role of the First Lady, as someone involved in charitable, social matters and supporting her husband. As for Małgorzata Trzaskowska, she can both help and harm. Because if Rafał Trzaskowski is doing a split and trying to appeal to the Confederation's electorate, he must know the Confederation's electorate's attitude towards feminists. Today, Mrs. Małgorzata, by giving interviews and presenting herself as a potential first feminist, could also harm Rafał Trzaskowski. Will it help or harm? I don't know – stated Marcin Mastalerek in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

21:00

Mastalerek:

I Believe in President Duda's Victory

- I think the key here is mobilization, mobilizing one's voters, but also those who didn't turn out. I believe in President Duda's victory - stated Marcin Mastalerek on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

President Duda in AMA on Wykop, asked by an internet user 'why not vote for Trzaskowski': 'An opinion changed 180 degrees once, then changes all the time. The President must be a stable person.'
- For one thing, because an opinion changed 180 degrees once, then changes all the time. The President must be a serious, credible, and stable person - wrote President Andrzej Duda in response to questions from internet users during an AMA session on Wykop.pl.

President Duda on Wykop AMA: Today I Spoke of a Coalition of Polish Affairs, Forces That Fundamentally Think Alike. During Conversations with Poles, I Repeatedly Heard They Value Cooperation

- For the last 5 years, I have been dealing with Polish affairs, I have been close to Poles, I have been to every county and in all counties I have listened to what Poles are worried about and live for. Today I spoke of a coalition of Polish affairs, forces, and environments that fundamentally think alike. During conversations with Poles, I repeatedly heard that they value cooperation, the broadest possible agreement on issues important to Poland - President Andrzej Duda wrote in response to internet users' questions during an AMA session on Wykop.pl.

PAD:

I Am a Staunch Opponent of the Restitution of Uninherited Property

- I am a staunch opponent of the restitution of uninherited property. There is no possibility today within the Polish legal system for a foreign state's law to be binding in Poland. Our state is not bound by any foreign legal act. Everyone is equal before the law; no legal solution can favor any group for ethnic reasons. Everything that has no heirs passes into the ownership of the State Treasury – this principle applies everywhere in the world. As long as I am president, this principle will not change in Poland – wrote President Andrzej Duda in response to internet users' questions during an AMA session on Wykop.pl, when asked his opinion on the US law 447.
