Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will be visiting the Łódzkie and Mazowieckie voivodeships. At 12:00 PM, a meeting with local government officials will be held in Bełchatów; at 1:10 PM, a visit to the company "Fameg” Sp. z o.o. in Radomsko; and at 4:20 PM, a meeting with local government officials in Zwoleń.

We receive dozens of complaints daily regarding various aspects of organizing elections abroad. Of course, for such a complaint to reach us, someone must realize that an institution like the Commissioner for Human Rights can help. We try to react to these matters on an ongoing basis. We know that in the elections in Great Britain, several thousand ballot packages did not return to the consulates. The question arises why. Did people not send them back, or did the postal service not have enough time to deliver them – said Adam Bodnar in an interview with Piotr Witwicki in Polsat News's "Graffiti".

"Regarding the presence of Prime Minister Morawiecki [in the campaign], it's simply a division of roles. Chairman Kaczyński is focusing on working with the party in these elections, while Prime Minister Morawiecki, as he often jokes himself, has over a dozen meetings in a single day, demonstrating the endurance of a robot on weekends. The Prime Minister is not part of Andrzej Duda's campaign staff. If he is performing duties related to his role as prime minister, he is acting as prime minister. If he participates in a rally where he encourages people, he is then simply a PiS activist. Prime ministership materializes at the moment when the prime minister's competencies are exercised. Exactly the same as all prime ministers before him who participated in various campaigns on the same principle. The role is held, but it is exercised in specific situations. Being prime minister cannot be a hindrance to, just like any PiS activist, MP, or councilor, engaging in the campaign, speaking at rallies, or distributing leaflets" - said PiS Deputy Spokesperson Radosław Fogiel in an interview with Piotr Kraśko on TOK FM Radio's Poranek. 

- I vaccinate my children according to the law. Since there is a binding law, it is established based on a certain scientific heritage... I do it because the law was enacted based on scientific research, and this research indicates that such vaccinations are necessary for our society to be simply healthy - stated Sebastian Kaleta in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- The President has clearly, in many statements, even not just from the last few dozen hours, addressed the issue of vaccinations, primarily the coronavirus vaccine. The coronavirus vaccine, the President has been saying for two months, that regarding adults, the principle should be voluntary vaccination, and what is important in this discussion, which many commentators overlooked yesterday, Rafał Trzaskowski expressed himself in a similar way. No one makes a fuss about it. He spoke of voluntary vaccination for adults, and when President Duda spoke about it, attempts are made to accuse him of not caring about Poles' health – stated Sebastian Kaleta in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

„I am appealing to Mr. President to disclose information primarily concerning three individuals convicted of drug trafficking within an organized crime group, three individuals convicted of domestic abuse, and one individual convicted of murder. Pardons are a very important element of a presidency, and it is worthwhile for this system to be as transparent as possible. This is not about personal data, but about categories of offenses, so that the public can know all the details” – said Rafał Trzaskowski, candidate of the Civic Coalition for the presidency and mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, at a press conference in Trzcianka.

„It is extremely important to receive information on whether individuals connected with Law and Justice or those donating to PiS funds appeared on the list of pardoned individuals. It is worth asking such a question and dispelling all possible doubts about whether such cases are definitively absent, to have absolute clarity on what criteria guide Mr. President when making such important decisions” – he added.

Trzaskowski wants the Presidential Chancellery to disclose the documents by tomorrow evening. 

- I've always been against something like forest privatization. It was talked about a lot during the previous presidential campaign five years ago. We remember that there were attempts to privatize State Forests. I was a staunch opponent of this, and I am very glad that such ideas have absolutely not been reflected in the Polish legal system - said President Andrzej Duda in Poleski National Park. 

- Today, these elections are also a defense of places like Trzcianka, because the ruling party may be thinking, as signals we receive suggest, about abolishing powiats. Even if it turns out that this is not true, they certainly do not take powiats seriously - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with the residents of Trzcianka.

- Many people were left to fend for themselves during the epidemic. Freelancers, the transport industry, the tourism industry, and especially local governments, which are supposed to help citizens, received no support. Today, instead of talking about healthcare, instead of talking about all these fundamental problems, about saving jobs, the President tells us he will look after the price of mustard or answers pre-arranged questions – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

- The cost of Rafał Trzaskowski's program will be tens of billions of zlotys, but I will repeat again: the timeline can be spread over 5 years, and I assure you that if anyone is able to create an economy that will earn for this, it will be a lawful, strong, independent President Rafał Trzaskowski, not Andrzej Duda - stated Izabela Leszczyna in a conversation with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

- The President, Andrzej Duda, and the Prime Minister have a similar habit, that is, they travel around and say: I will save this hospital, I will save this PKS [state bus company]. The Prime Minister suddenly hands out checks during the election campaign, instead of focusing on governing. Or they suddenly wake up, campaign, and fund fire trucks. It's very good that they fund them, but they only fund them in places with the highest turnout. Incidentally, in those 16 towns where they funded fire trucks, I won in 10. Thank you very much – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

- When cooperation with the government is necessary, I will cooperate with the government. Even if they don't want to, I will cooperate with them out of spite. However, I will cooperate with them when they make rational decisions – said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with residents of Trzcianka.

- We already have one TVP, they will definitely target independent media. If there are three stations like TVP, it will be truly difficult to win any election in our country - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with the residents of Trzcianka.

- Listen, never, I implore you, make this mistake. You cannot underestimate Jarosław Kaczyński. He can truly still come up with many things we haven't dreamed of. „The presidential debate has still not taken place. Poles still have no opportunity to compare the views of the incumbent president with those of President Rafał Trzaskowski. Poles simply deserve an honest, substantive, calm, and factual debate. Poles have a right to it and Poles expect this debate. It is deeply puzzling, but also very disturbing for us, that the incumbent president cowardly flees from a conversation with his opponent. But here I want to refer to one very important thing. Do not be fooled. It's not as if the president will suddenly build you a bypass, as some of your local government officials are saying. Local government cannot be treated as party spoils. Local government cannot be treated in the way some PiS activists do. Such investments should be decided based on substantive, relative needs of the residents, not party arrangements. This is precisely what distinguishes us from our opponents, political adversaries, that we say clearly: local government should govern itself, not be governed from Warsaw - stated Borys Budka in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

According to our sources, the initiative is intended to be "strongly unifying" and the most potent political signal to date within the ongoing campaign. The president's initiative is meant to serve as a communal contrast to the confrontational political approach perceived from his opponent, we are told. „I am very surprised that the PiS-funded television is trying to turn this [Arriva bus collision] into an election campaign issue without checking the facts. I am also very surprised that after preliminary tests, information was released to the public before definitive urine and blood tests were conducted. I am waiting for these tests, because these are the tests that will be truly conclusive and they are the basis for informing the public at all about what happened. I am convinced that such politics is possible. This is an ideal situation, a great opportunity, and a responsibility towards future generations, but also towards the memory of all those who came before us. That is why I ask that we try to find that common ground where we can meet and pursue Polish affairs together, the most important ones, protecting values that hold fundamental significance for us. I am convinced that this is possible for the good of Poland, this post-July 12th, for the coming years, so that we can place our country in a dignified position, not only as one of the largest European countries by territory, but also as one of those countries where people live peacefully, where they live prosperously, where the principle of justice is implemented, where honesty triumphs over cynicism and meanness, a country that does not have to fear the strong, but knows how to defend the weak - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

I dream of a state where the Presidential Palace echoes with children's laughter, where there is a lot of love visible, and at night the presidential couple sleeps embraced, not taking calls from some sad man. I dream of a Presidential Palace where there are artists, social activists, and specialists who meet daily to consult on how to create a better and more beautiful Poland. I dream of a country where instead of building mirages on an empty meadow, it is evident that politicians want investments here and now and support for local governments, because that is what is most important today. Where foreign partners are met to talk with them, to firmly negotiate important matters for Poland, but not to insult them or pound on the table all the time. We will build a country where if anyone speaks about inconvenient truths, no one will ever accuse them of being German acting in the interest of another country. I also dream of a country where people who want to protest can approach and talk, rather than shouting the same slogans all the time. If someone is diverse or interesting, they are invited to the table to listen to their story, not insulted or thrown out of the house. This is the kind of country I dream of. I dream of a country where the Church is a guide to freedom and responsibility, and faith is a private matter, and no cynics ask us questions because we know perfectly well what our choice is. I dream of a country where artists are primarily invited, supported, and we are proud of them, not constantly trying to censor them. I dream of a country where victims of pedophilia are helped, not pedophiles. I dream of a country where teachers are protected, praised, and defended against those who attack them, where there is no need to cram unnecessary facts at night. I dream of a country where resident doctors are shown respect and thanked for the challenge they have undertaken, and are paid their due wages, not constantly attacked and criticized. I dream of a country where no one dares to infringe upon the independence of judges, where the prosecution is free. I dream of a country where there is respect for the uniform, where the police are completely independent and not forced to throw confetti. We will also certainly build a country where a soldier does not have to hold an umbrella over some apparatchik, but most importantly, where officers and generals do not have a boss who suffers from paranoia. I also dream of a country where a ski instructor sells goggles, not protective masks. And a country where respirators cost exactly as much as they do everywhere else in the world. Where all journalists know perfectly well what ethics are, and which journalists know that they must tell the truth, inform, not produce manipulations and incite hatred, as is happening today on public television. I am convinced that we will succeed in building a country where we strengthen local governments, give them more money, not constantly take that money away like the current government. I dream of a country where no one takes away streets, squares, or power from local governments. I dream of a country where districts are taken seriously, where district hospitals are not closed down, where transport connections are not cut, where schools are not closed down, meaning a country of truly equal opportunities. I dream of a country where we constantly talk about the future, where if we build patriotism, we build patriotism of construction, of real construction, because we need to leave the trenches. I dream of a country where there is no need to constantly search for enemies. Where the government can free itself from its complexes and look clearly into the future. I dream of a Republic where, at least from time to time, the opposition is listened to, where walls or fences are not built in front of the Sejm, where one person is not separated from another, where power is for the people, not people for power, where listening and talking occurs, where consultations take place, where others are treated seriously. I dream of a country where no one lectures us on what family is, because we know perfectly well what family is, and let no one teach us anymore. Together we will build a country where if someone speaks responsibly about supporting the family, they do not destroy education, they support IVF, they do not seek justification for domestic violence, they support non-governmental organizations. What we must achieve together is a country that supports seniors, that supports young people who have the chance to find work and have their own housing. It is a country where farmers are treated as Polish entrepreneurs and are helped. I dream of a country where at 7:30 PM you can watch a Polish film, listen to Polish music, or watch "The Two Who Stole the Moon". I dream of a Poland where the First Lady defends women's rights, is strong, and is not afraid to speak her mind. 

“Our opponents have had no substantive arguments strong enough to convince Poles for 5 years. They use socio-technical methods, unfortunately often disgraceful, very low, methods that primarily appeal to human emotions, to emotions focused around hatred or extreme accusations, which are as absurd as the story of associating the President with something abhorrent, which is an absolute untruth, a lie, in which a German tabloid has been participating for a long time, completely compromising itself.
