The National Electoral Commission (PKW) released turnout data at a press conference. For comparison, voter turnout 5 years ago, in the 2015 presidential elections by 12:00 PM, was 14.61%. In turn, in the 2019 parliamentary elections, turnout by 12:00 PM was 18.1%. Another conference regarding turnout is scheduled for 6:30 PM.

The National Electoral Commission (PKW) released turnout data at a press conference. For comparison, the turnout 5 years ago, in the 2015 presidential elections by 5 PM was 34.41%, while in last year's parliamentary elections by 5 PM it was 45.94%.

Here are the results of the IPSOS exit poll commissioned by TVP, Polsat, and TVN:

Andrzej Duda - 41.8%

Rafał Trzaskowski - 30.4%

Szymon Hołownia - 13.3%

Krzysztof Bosak - 7.4%

Robert Biedroń - 2.9%

Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz - 2.6%

- I thank immensely those who have trusted me. Five years have passed, and after five years, while consistently pursuing my political agenda, facing criticism and attacks, making difficult decisions – and there have been so many of them. We have dealt with very challenging matters in the meantime. There were immense societal expectations for improving the situation, for improving people's livelihoods. Great expectations. And after five years, many more people than before are voting for me in the first round of elections. I thank you for this from the bottom of my heart – said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll results.

- I am winning this first round thanks to your votes in a truly absolutely decisive manner. This advantage is powerful. It is powerful both in the percentages visible in the polls, and most likely, it is also powerful in terms of numbers. We will learn the details in the coming days, as these are currently poll-based results. I want to say this, ladies and gentlemen. I also congratulate all my competitors, my fellow candidates, and in particular, I congratulate Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski on his result, which is leading him to the second round, leading him to the point where we will continue to compete together - said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll results.

- I have no doubt that Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz's voters view the Polish family, its value, and the Polish countryside the same way I do. I have no doubt that they have great respect for the Polish family, that they believe it should absolutely take pride of place in politics - said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll results. 

- Let's look at the left. Let's look at all candidates with a leftist profile. Of course, there are many differences between us, especially probably those of worldview, but isn't there one point that is 100% shared? Namely, concern for the ordinary person, especially for that person who, for various reasons, has been wronged - said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll survey results.

- I want to win these presidential elections. I am running in these elections today. I am running in these elections, into the second round today, by your decision, in order to contend for Poland with a candidate who is the vice-chairman of Civic Platform. With a candidate who is, in essence, the candidate of this very party which governed Poland for eight years, until 2015. The party that raised the retirement age against people's will, that raised taxes, primarily VAT, that took money from citizens' Open Pension Funds (OFE), that broke electoral promises, that didn't care that unemployment exceeded 12%, for instance in May 2014, because that was the level - said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll results.

- There is no break. There is no rest. We are continuing the campaign. I, at this moment, as soon as I finish this speech, will be heading out on the campaign trail. I'm going to another meeting that starts at 10:30 PM - said President Andrzej Duda after the announcement of the exit poll results.

„Over 58% of our society wants change, and I want to clearly tell all those citizens: I will be your candidate. I will be the candidate of change. The elections on July 12th are just two weeks away. These will not be elections solely between Andrzej Duda and Rafał Trzaskowski” – said the KO candidate for president, the mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski.

„I would like to thank my fellow candidates and President Andrzej Duda [congratulations] for the achieved result. The result shows that there are many Polish women and men who assess the last 5 years differently than we do, and who also positively assess some of the reforms introduced by the PiS government. I want to say clearly to these Polish women and men. Unlike today's rulers, we learn from what is happening in Poland. We will keep 500+, we will not raise the retirement age, the 13th pension is safe. I am not your enemy. You can have all of this, but you can have even more. You can have a community” – said Rafał Trzaskowski, KO candidate for president and Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw.
