The reelection campaign team of the incumbent president is heavily focused on portraying Rafał Trzaskowski as someone who shies away from hard work and is detached from reality. Andrzej Duda's campaign strategists aim to highlight the contrast between the president, who visited all counties throughout his term and "was with the people," and the mayor of the capital, who is more comfortable in the company of elites.

It worries me that when Warsaw was struggling with the virus, you went on sick leave. From exhaustion? Andrzej Duda's strategists decided to use a motif employed in Rafał Trzaskowski’s campaign against Patryk Jaki as a double-edged sword, reasoning that since the mayor of the capital himself used a certain style, it is fully permissible and the convention is amusing.

"You are the strength of the Republic, because it will never be strong through an individual. There is no single person who can guarantee the security and future of our homeland. There is no such genius, even if they repeated it for a hundred years starting from 7:30 PM, such a genius does not exist. There is only a nation aware of its rights and obligations, all citizens, and it is the guarantee of Poland's future, the well-being of the Republic, the joy of its citizens" – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, the candidate for President from the Polish Coalition and leader of the PSL, in Opole. 

“In these elections, we must finally say what we feel, without mincing words. On the one hand, we must expose the hypocrisy and greed of this government, which has managed to appropriate everything: from cemetery access to the judiciary, from the Prosecutor General to the Children's Ombudsman, from everyday life to patriotism and our history. If people on the street - whether in a big city or a small town - tell me, repeat to me, that the retirement age should not be raised, but rather conditions should be created so that it pays for people to work longer, if they wish to do so. Therefore, our stance and my stance on this matter are clear. Similarly, regarding 500+. We clearly say today that citizens want to feel changes in their own pockets, and that is why I say I will veto any law that seeks to abolish 500+, because we will defend 500+. I will also veto any law that seeks to raise the retirement age, because that is what people tell me on the streets when I meet them” - said Rafał Trzaskowski, the Civic Coalition's presidential candidate and Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw, at a press conference in Sorkwity.

„Because it is important. The member of parliament pointed out to me that four years ago, of course, I was a member of parliament, but I don't recall us voting on raising the retirement age back then. It is very important to correct everything, because today everything needs to be corrected. Four years ago, I was a proud member of parliament, but we did not vote on raising or lowering the retirement age then” - he added at the end of the press conference.

"If such doubts are raised about who is working hard, then Polish women and men will judge who has truly worked hard in recent years. If this is said by President Duda's campaign, which has not come up with any initiatives of its own, which is president of only one political option, then I fear it could turn against Mr. President quite quickly, because it is the people who will decide, and people know well who was lazy in which position, and who worked hard" - said Rafał Trzaskowski, the KO candidate for president and the mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, at a press conference in Sorkwity.

Szymon Hołownia is streaming the course of his nationwide tour on Facebook as part of his campaign initiative. In the last few hours, he has visited Łomża, among other locations. 

Hołownia is meeting with volunteers and supporters, and on his journey, he is talking with voters via video conferences. The initiative began at 12:30 PM. The broadcast is scheduled to last 24 hours without interruption.

- Unlike my political rivals, I can say that we have changed our minds under the influence of what citizens are telling us. Namely, citizens are clearly saying that they want incentives to possibly work longer, if they make that decision. However, today I will indeed veto any bill that seeks to raise the retirement age. This is because citizens should decide. On the other hand, a system of incentives for people to work longer, if they wish, truly needs to be created – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in an interview with Piotr Marciniak on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".
