He himself speaks of ‘burning with an iron,’ he espouses rhetoric of vengeance. Simply put, for at least 3.5 years until the parliamentary elections, there will be conflict, chaos, and paralysis, because the Polish constitution does not divide competencies between the government and the president clearly enough.
