Berek on Constitutional Tribunal judges:

They have a duty to strive by all possible means to be allowed to adjudicate.

- From what I hear, the [Constitutional Tribunal] judges elected by the Sejm plan to use all possible legal means. There was talk of the Labour Court, preventing the exercise of office by a public authority is also a crime - said Maciej Berek on Trójka.

- I am fully convinced that the individuals elected by the Sejm as judges of the Constitutional Tribunal have not so much a right, but a duty to strive by all possible means to ensure they are respected and acknowledged as judges of the Tribunal and are allowed to adjudicate. Anyone who tries to counteract this ignores the Sejm's choice, and thus violates regulations - he continued.
