This is an investment plan, it clearly states: this is money for investments that are meant to lead Europe out of the economic crisis. Anyone who says today that they want to limit investments in Poland is against the EU's plans, against modern development, and against economic principles that have helped the world out of crises numerous times, just as after the Great Depression and World War II, when the Marshall Plan built Western Europe into one of the world's fastest-developing regions. So, we also want to participate in this grand plan of powerful, strategic investments, amounting to billions of euros. This is a great undertaking, in which I deeply believe, and which will lead Poland to the peaks of development among EU countries. We will finally move forward, laughing in the face of all these wise men who today convince us that Poles love this dispute, that they want nothing else. We have three weeks to tell them: we want something else, we want more, we deserve more, and we will do more – emphasized the presidential candidate.

“Everyone in Poland says that change is needed in our country, and something is changing, because I don't think there has ever been a case in history where Krakow welcomed the president of Warsaw like this” - said Rafał Trzaskowski, the Civic Coalition's presidential candidate and mayor of Warsaw, in the former capital of Poland.
