Rafał Trzaskowski will be in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. President Andrzej Duda has pardoned urban activist Jan Śpiewak. The President decided to exercise his right of clemency in the case of defamation against advocate Bogumiła Górnikowska, daughter of former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski - the Presidential Chancellery informed.

- It was simply time to cut through this entire spiral of various slanders, various lies that have recently been directed at the government. We also needed to clearly cut through various kinds of speculation, rumors spread about the government's political base and political support. That is why this tool, provided for under current law, was used. Yesterday showed the unity of United Right – said Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Michał Rachoń on TVP Info's "Jedziemy".

- First, I heard shouts from the Sejm tribune, which Borys Budka stormed, shouting something at all of us, when, without offending anyone, we were simply talking to each other. So those were the first voices I heard, that it's a scandal, why are we talking. Those voices were what I heard primarily. Well, there's action, there's reaction, and then these shouts in the Sejm have recently become, I think, a common practice. Let's recall that yesterday, during Prime Minister Morawiecki's speech, these shouts could be heard for approximately one-third of the speech, and they were shouts from the opposition - stated Jadwiga Emilewicz in an interview with Krzysztof Skórzyński on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden".

- I didn't hear. Several ministers and those accompanying me in the conversation started speaking louder, so I don't know exactly what the President [Jarosław Kaczyński] said during the evening debate on the dismissal of the Minister of Health. We were primarily talking with Łukasz Szumowski about what he would be saying from the Sejm tribune shortly, and we focused on that - the Deputy Prime Minister continued.

- When any offer came in from the Ministry of Health, that offer was sent on, first it was verified whether it was necessary equipment. If it was necessary equipment, if the certificates attached to the offer matched, then it turned out that some of those certificates were falsified, but they were verified quickly at the beginning, as was possible. When it turned out that the application met the formal requirements in this regard, it was forwarded by email to the Central Anticorruption Bureau, which again, in a very short time, checked basic information about the offeror, and after confirmation by the CBA, the ministry made the purchase. There were companies that were flagged by the CBA as unreliable, and then purchases were not made. But the CBA had literally a few hours for that. And why was that? Because that's how the market looked then – said Michał Dworczyk in "Jedziemy" on TVP Info.

- Dispute - yes, war - no. I think this should really become the fundamental message accompanying this chamber. It is inadvisable to shout at each other, and Representative Budka is truly known for his rather arrogant provocations here directed at many representatives of the coalition, including myself. Therefore, I recommend calm, and I recommend it from both sides of the political scene - stated Jadwiga Emilewicz on TVN24's "One on One".

- Yesterday, President Jarosław Kaczyński did nothing inappropriate. As I repeat, he stood up at the moment the debate began in order to step aside for a moment. - I am glad, I defended Jan Śpiewak, I believed that the court's verdict was unfair, in the sense that Jan Śpiewak is above all a social activist, someone who truly did not want to profit from lawsuits, he was not a party to privatization lawsuits in any way. He was a young man who got involved because he felt something bad was happening to people. For that, he was convicted. It was wrong that he was convicted, it is good that he has been pardoned. “It is a natural thing that during parliamentary speeches, it has been like this for years and always, that some MPs approach someone aside to talk. Mr. Budka put on such a theatrical or real spectacle of indignation. He was outraged by the fact that a few MPs or PiS ministers were standing during Ms. Barbara Nowacka's speech.
