- Jacek Sasin is gently shifting the blame onto Prime Minister Morawiecki. He says that based on his decisions and the instructions of PWPW (Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych - Polish Security Printing Works) or Poczta Polska (Polish Post), certain orders were placed. I believe there is already madness and panic there. If we look at how PLN 69 million was spent without legal basis, it is a crime. These people should be imprisoned. It cannot be the case, in a democratic, European country, that regulations do not apply, and some official or another spends tens of millions of zlotys - said Borys Budka on Radio Plus.
