- Accusations have recently appeared in the public sphere that the government, for political reasons, intends to permanently restrict civil rights concerning the freedom of assembly and the manifestation of one's views. I want to state unequivocally on behalf of the government and the political group I represent, which is PiS, that the right to unfettered political expression, including political manifestations, is a sacred right of every citizen. There is absolutely no question, intention, or discussion of permanently limiting civil rights in this regard. Only epidemic considerations are the reason for this temporary ban – stated Mariusz Kamiński at a press conference.
