„This does not mean that these are the final weeks of our current functioning, these dates that I have given. Perhaps some restrictions will continue to apply, but we also want to present after the holidays a very logical, ordered plan, discussed with experts from health, the economy, and social affairs, for a certain return to a new economic reality. That's how I would put it. The reality that existed before the pandemic, for a long time, perhaps even for years, will not return, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have hope. This hope is growing within me that the world, through economic programs, the approaching summer, and appropriate rigorous measures and restrictions, will enable Poland to cope with this epidemic” - Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said at a press conference.
