They will find themselves in a situation where, under the guise of responsibility for the Polish economy, they will finally dismantle Polish democracy" - said presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia at a press conference. 

- Yesterday, the day before yesterday, you saw the numbers were around 400. This shows that the number of infections is rising and will of course continue to rise. Whether we manage to limit it depends solely on us. It seems that nothing indicates the epidemic will subside in the coming weeks. Therefore, together with the Prime Minister, we are analyzing further possible actions, our actions in the coming weeks - stated Łukasz Szumowski at a press conference in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).

"Only a naive idiot would believe that if Jarosław Kaczyński is given a tool like unfair elections, conducted under the cover of the army, police, and perhaps other services, elections that open the door to many falsifications, and above all, non-universal elections, he would use this only once and certainly not use it in the future" - said presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

- We are at a stage of the epidemic where soon we will likely ask all medical staff to wear masks permanently at work, in order to protect their colleagues and patients. We know that horizontal transmission of the virus is increasing. We want this protective equipment to be available everywhere, because we need to protect medical professionals, first and foremost medical professionals in the broad sense of the word, starting from laboratories and ending with transport personnel working in hospitals - stated Łukasz Szumowski at a press conference in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

“Recently, a number of unverified, and in part entirely distorted, pieces of information have appeared in the media regarding the demand for and availability of protective equipment, tests, and other supplies essential for combating the coronavirus epidemic” – said the Head of the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, Minister Michał Dworczyk, at a press conference.

“Protective equipment for medical personnel, for the services, is a challenge faced not only by Poland today, but by Europe, all European Union countries, and one can also say more broadly – the entire world. Following Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki’s recommendation, an intensive campaign to replenish this key assortment has been carried out over the last 10 days. A number of items have been contracted abroad, primarily in China, but also in other manufacturing countries, which have already begun arriving at healthcare facilities and hospitals. 31 million medical masks, 28 million masks with HEPA filters, 17.5 million pairs of disposable gloves, over 1.5 million protective suits, nearly 2 million goggles. These are just the purchases and contracts from the last 10 days” – he added. 

- The recommendation here is unequivocal. We should limit movement as much as possible. This is, of course, a serious problem and a significant challenge, as Easter is a time when we usually met with family, when Poles traveled between cities. But here, as Professor Szumowski said, we are trying to protect human life. Not just health, but human life. Therefore, the recommendation is clear: to forgo travel this holiday and to stay home this holiday - stated Michał Dworczyk at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).
