At 10:00, the Sejm will resume its proceedings with a 30-minute voting block, during which a new judge for the Constitutional Tribunal will be elected. As reported by 300POLITYCE, PiS's candidate for this position is Bartłomiej Sochański. The election is necessary following the death of Judge Grzegorz Jędrejek in January.

Subsequently, at 10:30, the second reading of the government's draft bill on special solutions supporting the implementation of operational programs in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic will take place. At 11:15, a break will be announced, and a meeting of the Sejm Presidium and the Convention of Senior Deputies will be convened.

Currently, a project proposed by PiS concerning postal voting is not yet on the agenda, but this item may still be added. Furthermore, as per information from 300POLITYKA, the Sejm is also scheduled to convene again on Tuesday – either as a new session or a continuation of the current one.
