"This change was and is intended to reduce the risk of coronavirus spreading in Poland. In connection with the current epidemic situation, it is necessary to introduce changes to the Sejm Regulations that would regulate these matters. For PiS, the health and lives of Poles are more important than rigid legal norms. One can quote the late Senior Marshal Kornel Morawiecki: 'The good of the nation is above the law.
