The upcoming week is primarily focused on the continuation of the presidential campaign – Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska and Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz are organizing their conventions. The Senate will address the 2020 budget bill, and Andrzej Duda will sign the 13th pension law.

Continuation of the Presidential Campaign. The coming days in politics mark the ongoing race for the Presidential Palace. On Monday at 6:00 PM in Piaseczno, a meeting with Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska will take place. On the same day, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will be in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship – a press conference and meetings with residents are planned. Szymon Hołownia has a meeting scheduled in Szczecin on Friday and in Stargard on Saturday. The Law and Justice (PiS) campaign headquarters has not yet released information about Andrzej Duda's activities, although a programmatic convention is rumored – however, the exact date is unknown.

Tusk in Białystok. The Diplomatic Festival begins in Białystok on Monday. The inaugural lecture will be delivered by the President of the European People's Party, Donald Tusk. "It's an unfortunate matter. I don't underestimate it. On Monday, I will address it publicly in Białystok," the former Prime Minister wrote on Twitter a few days ago.

PAD Meets Wojciechowski. On Monday, at the Presidential Palace, President Andrzej Duda will meet with the agriculture ministers of eight European Union countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Poland) and the EU Commissioner for Agriculture, Janusz Wojciechowski. The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM, with a press briefing scheduled for 10:35 AM.

Signing of the 13th Pension Law. On Tuesday, President Andrzej Duda will visit Żyrardów, where at 3:00 PM he will formally sign the law on an additional annual benefit for pensioners and annuitants, more commonly known as the 13th pension law.

Senate on the 2020 Budget. On Tuesday at 3:00 PM, a three-day Senate session will commence, during which the 2020 budget bill will be considered. Senators will also be informed about: Poland's participation in EU activities during July–December 2019 (Finland's presidency of the Council of the European Union), as well as the activities of the Ombudsman and the state of respect for freedoms and human and civil rights in 2018.

Kidawa-Błońska's Convention. "I cordially invite you to Warsaw on February 29th for my convention. I invite all of you. I invite everyone who cares about a democratic Poland, who cares about freedom," said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska during the Civic Platform's National Council. February 29th falls on the upcoming Saturday.

Kosiniak-Kamysz's Convention. "If Kosiniak-Kamysz currently has over 10% and Kidawa-Błońska has over 20%, we are only at the beginning of the campaign. This is the start. We are prepared for battle, the candidate will bite the grass, will work hard. With the opening convention on February 29th in Rzeszów, we are showing that we are present even in difficult terrain and we are showing that we have a candidate who is prepared to be president," said Piotr Zgorzelski on Radio Plus, announcing the convention of the PSL candidate.
