- First and foremost, there are no proposals from PiS. There have been and are no proposals. I say this with full responsibility. Apart from the Prime Minister's verbal declarations, no papers have been put on the table. Let PiS submit a draft bill that can amend the NIK Act. - Attributing political motives to the CBA's actions is, in my opinion, a complete misunderstanding. From the perspective of our candidate, President Duda's, campaign, it's not a comfortable situation. PiS is panicking about what evidence Marian Banaś collected on their people when he was still the head of the tax administration. Because that's the core of it. What are they looking for? - President Banaś was concerned about the way the audit was conducted, but he agreed with me that he will exercise this right, which I mentioned, the right to appeal, because anyone who feels wronged has the right to do so, but also to file an appropriate motion with the Constitutional Tribunal, because every citizen concerned about the violation of law, if they believe so, can also seek an interpretation from the CT - said Marshal Elżbieta Witek after meeting with NIK President Marian Banaś.

Regarding the convention, I think it's worth referring to the 2015 convention, because I understand it was meant to have similar results. Back then, Andrzej Duda's big convention in February was necessary for several reasons. PiS had suffered seven defeats, and there was a need for faith and hope. To show an American style, so that people, engaged volunteers, but also people, would believe that victory was possible. And that's why the convention was on such a grand scale, and it gave hope. I wonder why such a convention is being organized today, why a million zlotys are being spent on it, because for the last 5 years everyone has known that PiS, the ruling camp, knows how to organize such conventions. Surely, I think the money could have been spent better, because such conventions are needed by Robert Biedroń when he launches his project, or by Ryszard Petru when he did his at Torwar, or indeed back in 2015. However, I always wanted to be a footballer, I even trained, and often it happens that spectators watch a match and wonder why the coach isn't substituting that player, and he had some assumptions that the player was fulfilling, but people don't know about those assumptions.
