Karczewski on Judicial Legislation Process: A First in Senate History, the Legislative Process Has Been Taken Beyond Poland's Borders

- For the first time in the 31-year history of the Senate, the legislative process has been taken beyond Poland's borders. This is an unprecedented event, it happened for the first time in the 31-year history of the reactivated Senate, and then there were these conversations, which we found very strange. We observed, we did not participate in them, although I also accused Marshal Grodzki that government representatives were not invited, and it's a shame. It's very unfortunate, they were willing to come – said Stanisław Karczewski in an interview with Katarzyna Gójska on Jedynka radio's "Sygnały dnia".

07:42

Karczewski:

I am convinced the President's response in Auschwitz will be a response to Putin's speech
Nie można legitymizować, bo niejako pan prezydent legitymizowałby tę wypowiedź, no nic by nie mógł powiedzieć.

Arłukowicz on withdrawing from the PO leadership race: This decision is rational. I made it so the elections could conclude in the first round and we could quickly move on to the presidential elections.
- No, not a loser. This decision [to withdraw from running for PO leadership] is a very rational decision. Because I believe that the raison d'état for Civic Platform is for us to win the presidential elections. At a time when so many candidates are running, I made the decision so that these elections could conclude in the first round and so that we could all move forward as quickly as possible, so that we don't occupy ourselves with each other, so that we move on to the presidential elections; it is a rational decision that someone must withdraw. I made this decision - stated Bartosz Arłukowicz in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego". - There were six candidates [in the PO leadership elections]. I considered that if six people were competing with each other until the last day of the elections, the chance of these elections concluding in the first round is minimal. In my assessment, it is high [that they will conclude in the first round]. I emphasized in my message, my appeal to my colleagues in the party, that it is crucial to conclude the elections in the first round, and through this path, today in the studio, I also ask my colleagues from Platform to make a decision that will allow us to close the internal party elections issue on [January] 25th and move on to the presidential elections, because that is the raison d'état of Civic Platform - the PO MEP continued.

08:08

Arłukowicz:

The Era of Cabinet and Cadre Parties is Over. The Team We Build Must Inspire People to Vote

- I supported Borys Budka yesterday in Szczecin. Of course, with the conviction that he is going for victory, but I also want to say why I did it. I did it because I believe that the era of such a cabinet and cadre party, the times of such cabinet and cadre parties in general, have passed in Poland. I spent time on the street with Borys Budka in recent years. We were on the streets all the time at various protests, defending the courts, women's rights, we were constantly with the people - stated Bartosz Arłukowicz in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- Platforma needs change today, and I believe that together with Borys Budka, and this cannot be done without Tomek Siemoniak. Someone has to win, that's obvious, but I think that such a group, such a team, that we will build for the head of Platforma, of course with one leader, because it has to be that way, must inspire people to vote. We must finally rally people behind us to vote - the Civic Platform MEP continued.

08:14

Arłukowicz:

Civic Platform Must Be with People in Cities, Towns, and Villages
Civic Platform must be with people in cities, towns, and villages. We must be where people support us, even if they are not members of the Platform – stated Bartosz Arłukowicz in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego". In my assessment, the party [under Grzegorz Schetyna's leadership] was a bit too focused on its cadres and narrow, and too much of a cabinet party, but that is my private assessment – he continued.

08:19

Arłukowicz on PAD's Speech: The President's Moral and Ethical Collapse

- When I saw President Duda addressing miners, calling on them to help in the fight against judges, for me, this represents the president's moral and ethical collapse. Because it means he is lonely, helpless, and lacks the diplomatic skills to push through his projects, that he is turning one social group against another. This is an unheard-of matter in a great state, in the 21st century - stated Bartosz Arłukowicz in a conversation with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation".

08:23

Arłukowicz:

No discussion yet about the campaign manager. I am ready to travel across Poland with Kidawa-Błońska

- No, no. There is no discussion yet about Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska's campaign manager. Calm down. Elections are happening today in the form of discussions with people, but the formal [presidential] elections will be announced - stated Bartosz Arłukowicz in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska has clearly stated: I will announce the campaign manager after the elections and the campaign team are announced. I will certainly do everything I can to help Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska in this campaign. I am ready to travel across Poland with Kidawa-Błońska, as I have been doing for many months now - the Civic Platform MEP continued.

Grodzki on further accusations of alleged bribes: These are nonsense that I would ask to leave to right-wing portals and those who hate us

“I kindly ask you not to uncritically buy into the reports of successive portals. I wonder if this person is bribed, intimidated, or driven by ideological motives, hatred towards someone other than PiS. It is evident that those who instruct these individuals have no idea. If I read that Professor Grodzki spent one and a half minutes, and then we went to the head of the department, it means the instructions were incorrect because I was the head of the department at that time. These are nonsense that I would ask to leave to right-wing portals and those who hate us” - said the Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki, in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

08:47

Mucha on the President's statements regarding judges: These strong words are needed to remind some of the rules of a democratic rule of law

- The President very clearly states that all authorities today operate on the basis and within the limits of the law, but all authorities also operate, as the President reminds us, that courts issue judgments in the name of the Republic of Poland, but authorities also operate within the principle of national sovereignty. We are all sovereign, the citizens of the Republic of Poland. It is not the case that we have some form of superiority, that we are breaking the rules of democracy by saying that judges know better or that they will be some kind of super-politicians. This is a bizarre situation, finding no justification. These strong words are needed to remind some of the rules of a democratic rule of law - said Paweł Mucha in an interview with Marcin Wikło on TVP1's "Political Quarter Hour".

08:51

Mucha:

Poland is Envied Because We Are Building Transatlantic Bridges

- Today, Poland is a subject of envy because we are building these transatlantic bridges, our cooperation is very close, and annual visits of presidential ministers to the United States have become a certain tradition, where at the beginning of the year we discuss the current agenda - said Paweł Mucha in a conversation with Marcin Wikła on TVP1's "Political Quarter of an Hour".

08:53

Grodzki:

Karczewski has formally accepted, but mentally struggles to come to terms with no longer being Marshal
“I have the impression that Marshal Karczewski has formally accepted, but mentally he struggles to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer the Marshal. For example, at the Convention of Seniors, he appealed for us to keep matters discussed there confidential, and then 5 minutes later he quotes my statement, which was only made at the Convention. He contradicts himself” – said the Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki, in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

Schreiber on Potential ECJ Interim Measures: The Polish Government Will Not Yield to Such Attempts. There is Absolutely No Consent to Being Subjected to a Humiliating Dictate.

The Polish government will not yield to any such attempts [ECJ interim measures] that interfere with our legislative process. There is absolutely no consent to allow ourselves to be subjected to such a humiliating dictate. We can argue about the reform of the judiciary. If hysterics are being generated not only by a large part of the media in Poland, which one might try to understand, but also by important politicians who use their influence and international contacts… I don't really believe that American congressmen have found the time to dedicate several days now to studying the system related to the judiciary in Poland” - stated Minister Łukasz Schreiber in an interview with Dominika Wielowieyska on TOK FM Radio's Poranek.

09:38

Miller on Czarzasty's Statement: This is the Language Used by PiS, that Regardless of What Happens in Poland, Regardless of the Erosion of the Separation of Powers, We Should All Turn a Blind Eye in the European Parliament and Pretend Nothing is Happening

- The matter is important and significant, and since you initiated it [the discussion on the resolution], I immediately wanted to say that I heard with great astonishment a few days ago the Chairman Czarzasty, who said something like this: our task, the task of SLD MEPs, is to do everything in the European Parliament to ensure that Poles do not lose the chance to receive funds. Well, this is the language used by Law and Justice, that regardless of what happens in Poland, what objections there are to reforms in Poland or so-called reforms, regardless of how the separation of powers is eroded, we should all turn a blind eye in the European Parliament and pretend that nothing has happened - stated Leszek Miller in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

- And precisely, the funds flowing to Poland from the European Union do not depend solely on the Union, but primarily on what is happening in Poland - the former Prime Minister continued. - Because the Union must take care of its budget, as it comes from the contributions of all member states, it must also have an assessment of the rule of law in all these countries. And if it has reservations, it must clearly state them, and that was the purpose of the European Parliament's resolution - he emphasized.

09:51

Kuźmiuk:

We've Seemingly Grown Accustomed to 'Neo-KRS, Illegal KRS,' Yet Prominent Politicians Are Being Elected to It. There's No Logic, but Civic Platform Has Lacked Logic for Years.

- We've seemingly grown a bit accustomed to these labels like 'neo-KRS, illegal KRS,' and suddenly it turns out that two prominent politicians are being elected to this body. There's no logic in this, but Civic Platform has lacked logic for years. For 4 years, it hasn't developed any program. The 'street-abroad' concept continues to be implemented. Perhaps less 'street,' because it's no longer effective in Poland, but the 'abroad' thread is being pursued, despite 4 years yielding no success for Civic Platform, showing a lack of ideas for the future. Consequently, there's also a lack of logic in their political actions - stated Zbigniew Kuźmiuk in an interview with Michał Rachoń on TVP Info's program "Jedziemy," referring to the appointment of two senators to the KRS.

09:56

Kuźmiuk:

The more ambiguities surrounding Grodzki in Poland, the more actively he pursues foreign policy

- The more ambiguities surrounding Mr. Grodzki in Poland, the more actively he pursues foreign policy. I think this will end badly, both for Mr. Grodzki and for the Platform [Civic Platform], because he is their candidate. Indeed, this matter looks worse and worse. I think within the Platform itself, there is a growing dislike for Mr. Grodzki - stated Zbigniew Kuźmiuk in an interview with Michał Rachoń on the TVP Info program 'Jedziemy', commenting on Tomasz Grodzki's meeting with Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday.

Morawiecki in Japan: Poland Draws Inspiration from Japan's Economic Success

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has begun his visit to Japan. Initially, he met with the most important group of Japanese investors gathered at Nippon Keidanren.

- Japan's dynamic development and technological advancement inspire admiration worldwide. When planning a strategy for the Polish economy, its transformation, we have sought to look at Japanese solutions that have led to economic successes - said the head of the Polish government in Tokyo.

- Since 1989, the size of the Polish economy has more than tripled. The macroeconomic and political situation reflects the healthy state of public finances and allows entrepreneurs to create and implement long-term plans. In 2019, we managed to record stable, yet dynamic economic growth of over 4% - almost three times higher than in the Eurozone - and a trade surplus. Stable economies, such as Japan and Poland, thanks to responsible management, cope even in unfavorable conditions - stated PMM.

- The geopolitical situation of Poland and Japan shares some similarities: Japan lies next to China and Russia. Poland is in the heart of Europe, between Germany and Russia. Geographical location was a burden in the past, but it is an asset that we are successfully utilizing. As one of the largest EU countries, we are excellently predisposed both to the role of a hub between Eastern and Western Europe, between the south and north of our continent, as well as a location for foreign investment - the prime minister emphasized.

10:31

Polish PM in Tokyo: Poland is the Future of Europe
In just a few years, we have become one of the leading producers not only of batteries but also of electric buses in Europe – every third e-bus exported comes from Poland. Poland and Japan are currently facing similar challenges related to the energy transition. Both countries are dependent on imports of energy raw materials from abroad, and coal plays an important role in both – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during a lecture at Nippon Keidanren in Japan. - The most important challenge for our countries is to find a solution that will make the energy transition fairer from a global perspective and for ordinary people. Ambitious plans require ambitious tools for their implementation – the Polish Prime Minister continued. - The potential of the Polish economy can be attributed to its large domestic market, economic reforms, and responsible policy. The priority is a consistent strategy of economic openness, strengthening ties within the EU, and developing cooperation with partners outside the EU – stated the head of the Polish government. - Poland stands out as one of Europe's growth leaders, constantly catching up with highly developed countries and joining the club of the largest economies in the EU with a GDP of approximately 500 billion euros – he added. - Poland is the future of Europe. It is the first answer to the question of where to look for new development opportunities in a stable but dynamic environment – emphasized the Polish Prime Minister.

10:39

Siemoniak:

Everyone in the Krakow debate performed well, spoke nicely, and nothing bad would have happened if it were public. I spoke with the main organizer; they want to edit a film and show it.

- A week earlier, I was in Krakow for a New Year's meeting. I met with the debate organizers, or rather, I met them more directly, and I told them that it's indefensible, and I also stated this publicly. Platforma is also learning. There have never been elections where five candidates competed, and certainly for the future, for the next elections, we will think about a series of debates, debates about Poland rather than about Platforma. I am absolutely ready for them and feel prepared at any moment by my experience, my state experience within Platforma, and I suspect the other individuals are also ready to speak on any topic. It simply needs to be implemented. Today, we are drawing conclusions from the fact that it's better not to close off such debates. I think my colleagues feel similarly, as they have also expressed themselves. In the future, it will certainly need to be organized differently because it's important that not only members of Platforma but everyone interested in politics can see, compare, and listen. I believe everyone in that Krakow debate performed well, spoke nicely, and nothing bad would have happened if it were public. Furthermore, from what I know, as I spoke with the main organizer in Krakow, who said that under this public pressure, they want to edit such a film – it was recorded by some internal camera – and show it, because in reality, nothing bad or secret happened there. It was a good discussion - stated Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

10:42

Siemoniak:

I will fight to the end, to the last minute

- There is no office that someone could offer me, that I would... Absolutely not [I will not back down], I will fight to the end, to the last minute, because I am fighting for a certain vision of the Civic Platform, which I care about, in which I have spent 19 years since the first day, and that's what this is all about for me - stated Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

President Duda at the Appointment of New PKW Members: 'In a Way, You Represent the Entire Spectrum of the Political Scene'

The National Electoral Commission guarantees all electoral rights in terms of their actual functioning, ensures that elections are held properly, and above all, oversees and conducts the entire voting process, ensuring that the results are determined as quickly and reliably as possible and reach the public. It is, therefore, a fundamentally fundamental role in a democratic system, associated with extraordinary responsibility” – said President Andrzej Duda during the appointment of new members of the National Electoral Commission (PKW).

Thank you for taking on this mission. You are very experienced lawyers. I have no doubt that in substantive terms, you are excellently prepared to carry out this mission. Thank you for accepting these nominations. I want to strongly emphasize the great importance of you as a group of experts who will lead the PKW. You are delegated by various institutions, but also by parliamentary clubs and political groupings. In a way, you represent the entire spectrum of the Polish political scene” – he added.

During the next Sejm session, Civic Coalition to Demand Prime Minister's Statement on CBA Situation

"For several days, shocking information has been appearing in the media about what is happening at the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA), specifically that money from its operational fund has likely gone missing. Various amounts are being cited - from 5 to 15 million zlotys. In an anti-corruption service tasked with fighting abuse, money is disappearing, public funds are being squandered. For months, there has been a conspiracy of silence regarding this matter. There has been no statement from the head of the CBA, the minister-coordinator of special services, or the Prime Minister. The very fact that money could have gone missing is outrageous. It's as if money was stolen from police officers, as if a skilled anti-corruption service allowed significant theft within its own ranks. We will submit a letter to Marshal Witek requesting information from the Prime Minister regarding the situation at the CBA," said Marcin Kierwiński from Civic Coalition during a press conference in the Sejm.

"Today, the head of the Polish government is a Prime Minister who has not yet disclosed his assets. What example does this set for services across Poland? What example does it set for citizens, if he hides his assets? Today, the CBA has transformed into a political police force. We know about the enormous operation conducted against Marshal Grodzki, how every day the CBA tries to convince Poles that the Marshal has something to hide on his conscience," added Cezary Tomczyk from Civic Coalition.

13:51

The Left Demands Convocation of the Special Services Committee and Will Also Submit a Motion for Prime Minister's Information on the Situation at the CBA

Today it turns out that this institution itself requires special, additional oversight. Millions of zlotys have disappeared from there. We will move for a special session of the committee on special services concerning the details of this matter. Mariusz Kamiński should appear before this committee. This is a very serious matter. Perhaps more serious than Marian Banaś. We will move to supplement the Sejm's agenda with additional information from the Prime Minister or the coordinator minister regarding the situation at the CBA, and the oversight of this institution” - said Maciej Gdula from The Left during a press conference in the Sejm.

The CBA has always been used politically. Today, we have a situation where the CBA is not just being used politically, of that we have no doubt, but it has also become a source of financing for certain groups or individuals designated by PiS. The Left has long proposed the liquidation of the CBA. We believe it is an unnecessary service. The competence of this service can be fulfilled by the state police” - added Andrzej Rozenek from The Left.

Gowin:

I Tried to Reform the Judiciary Differently Than Ziobro, and I Mean Not Just Specific Solutions, But Also a Certain Culture of Reform

- I tried to reform the judiciary in a way completely different from Minister Ziobro, and I mean not just specific solutions, but also a certain culture of reform, meaning I tried to reform the judiciary in the way I successfully reformed Polish universities – through dialogue – said Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

19:35

Gowin:

I am very pleased with the initiative of the Polish Academy of Sciences, which invites representatives of various circles to an open debate on the judiciary. The Minister of Science will take a seat at this table.
I am very pleased with this initiative by the Polish Academy of Sciences, which invites representatives of various circles to such a debate, an open debate on the judiciary. I know that invitations have been sent, I am not authorized to say whether they will be accepted. I can only say that the Minister of Science will take a seat at this table - said Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.

19:39

Gowin:

Confederation Voters' Support Won't Guarantee Duda's Re-election. Winning Over Some Moderate Voters is Necessary.
In my opinion, the support of Confederation voters will not ensure President Duda's re-election. It is also necessary to win over some voters from the, shall we say, center, the moderates – said Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program 'Gość Wydarzeń' on Polsat News.

19:47

Gowin:

Since all parliamentary clubs are de facto coalitions, it is fair and honest towards voters to divide subsidies proportionally to the number of MPs. Such a bill will be created.

- Within the United Right camp, we believe that since all parliamentary clubs are de facto coalitions, because different parties are in the Left camp, different parties are in the Civic Coalition camp, it is fair and honest towards voters to divide subsidies proportionally to the number of MPs introduced by individual parties - said Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- When can we expect such a law? - the journalist pressed.

- Soon. Such a bill will be created. Whether it will gain the support of parliament, whether it will gain the signature of Mr. President Duda, we shall see - replied the Deputy Prime Minister.

Bielan on US Congressmen's Letter Regarding Disciplinary Law: 'I'm Surprised It Was Front Page News on Faktach'. Minister Sikorski Once Called Such an Attitude Towards the US 'Negroism'

“I’m surprised that information about this letter [from US congressmen regarding the disciplinary law] from two out of 435 members of the House of Representatives was the top news story on 'Fakty'. Another guest on 'Kropka nad i', Minister Sikorski, once described this kind of attitude towards the United States as 'negroism',” said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on TVN24's 'Fakty po Faktach'.

20:12

Bielan:

We Can Consider Foreign Opinions, But It Is the Polish Parliament That Will Decide How to Reform the Judiciary

Poland is a sovereign country. If we are talking about pressure from politicians in Brussels at the moment, then the treaties clearly state that it is the Member State that decides how its judiciary functions. In many countries, heated political disputes are taking place on these matters. This was the case in France at one time, and it is also the case in Spain. We can take these opinions into consideration, but it is the Polish parliament that will decide how to reform the judiciary” – said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on „Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24.

20:21

Bielan:

Our Voters Criticizing Our Justice Reform Efforts Are Sharper Than the President's Language

At election meetings I attend, the language our voters use when criticizing us for not doing enough to reform the judiciary is much sharper [than President Andrzej Duda's language]” – said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on TVN24's 'Fakty po Faktach'.

I think the President's statements refer to what is happening in parliament, to the work on this [disciplinary] law. We did not initiate this topic. This law is a consequence of a very significant radicalization of a part of the judicial community, a part of its leaders. We had to propose this law to control possible anarchy” – he added.

Sikorski to Olejnik, Citing "Sowa i Przyjaciele" Tapes: You Are Helping Criminals. I Was a Victim of a Crime in This Case

Mr. Bielan reminded you that you once spoke about "negro-ness" in a conversation – said Radosław Sikorski in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
But you, you know, you are quoting private conversations again – replied the former Minister of Foreign Affairs.
– Adam Bielan…
– A few months ago, an official installed cameras in a women's restroom in your station, and was detained by the police for it. This is equivalent to you broadcasting footage from that camera.
– I beg your pardon, but those tapes have seen the light of day. We are not going to pretend that something…
– So why don't you play the tape from the women's restroom?
– Well, I'm sorry. You yourself apologized for those conversations.
– Here is the product of a crime, and there is the product of a crime.
– Don't get so irritated, I can answer calmly. It's about, you know, legal culture is strange in different countries, tapes are everywhere, also…
– You are doing the same thing again as before, that is, you are helping criminals. I was a victim of a crime in this matter. And the criminal is serving time, and I am not.
– You should have had good services that would check if the room was not being recorded. But that's another story.
– They are not able to.
– What do you mean they are not able to?
– Well, they bugged Prime Minister Morawiecki.
– But he wasn't the Prime Minister then.
– No, he wasn't.
– Exactly.

20:43

Sikorski on Congress Members' Letter: These Aren't Just Regular Congressmen, But the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Head of the Europe Subcommittee
These aren't just regular congressmen, but rather the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Head of the Europe Subcommittee, meaning key figures – Radosław Sikorski said in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Over the 'i'). Poland has always had the best possible relations, regardless of who ruled in the USA. We joined NATO under Clinton, and we also had excellent relations with the Bushes. This current team, however, is betting everything on Trump, who is currently facing impeachment and has very uncertain prospects for re-election. So, if we say such things about Democrats, what will we say if the Democrats win – Sikorski added.

20:47

Sikorski:

If another unbalanced individual commits a political assassination, President Kurski and Jarosław Kaczyński will share responsibility

- We know what an unbalanced person did in Gdańsk a year ago, first saying 'Long live Law and Justice', then shouting against Civic Platform. I want to state that if another unbalanced individual commits a political assassination, President Kurski and the one who gave him this instrument of incitement – Jarosław Kaczyński – will share responsibility – said Radosław Sikorski in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".

20:54

Sikorski:

If the constitution is being violated in Poland, and it is, and the entire European Parliament is talking about it, then we cannot pretend that nothing bad is happening.
We sympathize, we help, which we are doing, for instance, with the Polish government in budget negotiations. But if the constitution is being violated in Poland, and it is, and the entire European Parliament, except for a few individuals from the extreme right, is talking about it, and in a very advanced and well-informed way at that, then we cannot pretend that nothing bad is happening in Poland - said Radosław Sikorski in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Over the 'i').

20:57

Sikorski on PAD's Statement about "Foreign Languages": It's Worth Learning Foreign Languages, and I Think the First Lady Will Explain It Best to Her Husband

- One would wish to have respect for the president of a free Poland, but there are a few problems with this statement. Firstly, if someone is a leader with authority, they don't need to say they are the leader. Secondly, it's worth learning foreign languages, and I think the First Lady will explain it best to her husband - Radosław Sikorski said in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
