- The plans are to hold local PiS conventions during this summer period, broadly defined as June, July, and August, for the election of district and municipal PiS boards, district conventions for the election of district boards, and there will also be a congress, likely a convention, to cap off all these internal party elections. This is stipulated by the statute, and it's where the central PiS authorities will be elected.
