Fogiel on the Senate: We are open to talks about cooperation, about forgotten words like cooperation, and perhaps coalition at the Senate level. Everything is on the table.
Indeed, the Senate for the upcoming term is different from the current one. We in PiS count on good cooperation in the Senate, not on it becoming the main battlefield for political struggle, nor on it being treated as a bastion to be defended or where one can bravely attack political opponents. We will see how it unfolds. We are open to talks about cooperation, about forgotten words like cooperation, and perhaps coalition at the Senate level. Everything is on the table. Meanwhile, I have the impression that in the current heated, political discussion, a large part of commentators and politicians are completely forgetting this and immediately some entirely uninteresting accusations of poaching and luring are appearing. Threats, we heard today, one of the Civic Platform representatives even spoke of some fears for the life of someone who might switch sides. This is surely completely unacceptable language – stated Radosław Fogiel in a conversation with Danuta Holecka on TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".
