Municipalities Cannot Solve the Smog Problem Alone. They Can Only Do So in Cooperation with the Government, Hence Our "Clean Air" Project
"One of the important topics is ecology. One of the very bad elements we need to deal with is smog, which we begin to feel more and more acutely in the autumn period. Actually, in all towns and cities in our country, local governments are struggling with this problem," said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, the Civic Coalition's (KO) candidate for prime minister and deputy speaker of the Sejm, at a press conference in Zduńska Wola.
"Municipalities cannot solve the smog problem on their own. They can only do so in cooperation with the government, and hence our "Clean Air" project, which we launched 4 years ago. It was not implemented, and we did not obtain EU funds for this program," she added.
