- Today we have a clash of two electoral blocs. This is very clearly visible. It is a replay in a certain sense, even in a broader sense, because it's expanded to include Confederation, of the situation from the last European Parliament elections. They have all tactically divided themselves today. Back then, it turned out that such a unification did not bring the opposition any advantages in the elections. Today, they decided to tactically divide themselves, but only to deceive a part of society into thinking that each of these groupings brings some new quality - said Jacek Sasin in an interview with Stanisław Janecki on Polskie Radio 24.

- I don't know [what's happening with Łukasz Piebiak]. He's probably on vacation, if I have good information. We don't really have the opportunity to talk - stated Michał Wójcik in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego." - Legally, the court will decide. According to the declarations made by the judges who were supposed to conduct these conversations, some of them completely deny it and say they didn't conduct them - he continued.

- I greatly respect Łukasz Piebiak because I worked with him for several years and because I know that many projects prepared in the Ministry of Justice were the result of his immense work, particularly concerning civil procedure, changes that will truly make people's lives easier. Regardless of anything else. But what I saw in these conversations, I view unequivocally and condemn them, whether it's true is another matter. I don't know [if it's true] - argued the Deputy Minister of Justice.

- We didn't manage to complete judicial reforms. We started them. Indeed, we laid some foundations, but we are still far from being able to say that we have achieved success - said Jacek Sasin in an interview with Stanisław Janecki on Polskie Radio 24.

- I have the feeling that we have not broken any laws [regarding the KRS]. For us, the highest law is the Constitution - stated Michał Wójcik in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

– *Do you know how many judges there are? 11,000. Are we supposed to be responsible for everything any judge does? It's a power independent of us* – stated Michał Wójcik in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- These mines from which we get our electricity are coal-dependent. I deeply regret that we did not manage to build a nuclear power plant and I think it was a major mistake at the dawn of our independence - said Piotr Woźny in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia ZET".

- We'll bid farewell to smog for good in 2028. A very realistic prospect. Seriously. Here's the thing. If we had started dealing with this in 2000, when the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) first wrote in a report that air quality was terrible and action needed to be taken, if we had tackled it 19 years ago, we could have celebrated saying goodbye to smog in 2010. We didn't. Prime Minister Morawiecki is the first Polish prime minister to mention smog in his exposé - said Piotr Woźny in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia ZET".

- This is a great challenge for us in the remaining week and a half until the election. I think these good polls, which are constantly being presented, which give PiS victory in these elections, can indeed have a very negative effect for us in the form of demobilization of our voters, who may have concluded that everything is already decided. I want to say very clearly: nothing is decided. You really don't win elections with polls. I would remind you of President Komorowski, who in the last election had poll numbers even at the level of seventy-odd percent support, and then lost the election - stated Jacek Sasin in a conversation with Dorota Łosiewicz on TVP1's "Political Quarter of an Hour".

- Civic Platform is, in general, a party that is incredible, a party of electoral fraud, because if we look at successive election campaigns, going back to 2007, or even 2005, but 2007 most importantly, because the PO government came afterwards, we will see how much was promised in successive election campaigns, and how little thought was then given to fulfilling those promises. Or quite the opposite, the opposite was done. Like with the retirement age, where they said: the retirement age will not be raised, and yet in the expose after winning the elections, Donald Tusk said that the age would be raised - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Dorota Łosiewicz in TVP1's "Political Quarter Hour".

"President Kaczyński said that it will take 12 years to improve healthcare in our country. But Polish patients cannot wait 12 years. They need healthcare improvements here and now. We cannot wait for further years. Reforms, changes, improvements in the quality of work must begin on October 14th" – said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska during a press conference in Zakopane.

„It's like we're in a boxing ring with an opponent who is in a different weight class, pumped up with steroids, and the referee is on his side. Using administrative methods in an election campaign is unfair. Ms. Emilewicz's ministry has never seen a city like Poznań, and a week or two before the elections, it holds a huge conference using public funds, advertised with outdoor ads featuring her face. Funding billboards and posters with the minister's image using ministry money is dishonest” – said Adam Szłapka from Civic Coalition in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News.

„Jarosław Kaczyński wants to design humans, a family model. The difference is that a family is where there's love between people, where people feel like a family. It can be a childless marriage, it can be partners, a mother with children, or it can be grandparents” – said Adam Szłapka from Civic Coalition in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News.

„[Prime Minister Morawiecki] should be [Prime Minister longer than Cyrankiewicz] because he is better. They are completely different figures. Let's not compare a Prime Minister from the People's Republic of Poland to a Prime Minister in free Poland. Of course, I would wish for Prime Minister Morawiecki to be Prime Minister for as long as possible and for us to be able to conduct developmental policy as we are now for many years” - said government spokesperson, Minister Piotr Müller, in an interview with Marek Kacprzak on the program „Tłit WP”.

"Both the statement by Minister Ardanowski and yesterday's statement by Marshal Terlecki, that we have one of the best healthcare systems in Europe, show the truth about PiS. Aggressive success propaganda on the outside, and a battlefield on the inside, concerning both agriculture and healthcare," said Deputy Marshal of the Sejm Stanisław Tyszka from Kukiz'15 in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

We are facing a huge crisis in Polish parliamentarism. Today, I will invite, I will call for a debate with other Deputy Speakers of the Sejm to consider the future of parliamentarism. - I know that at the moment there are many polls showing practically a certain victory for PiS. We would be very happy if it were indeed the case, and we are doing everything to make it happen, and we believe that we will win. But to win, one must first and foremost work hard until the end, until the last hour, the last minute of the campaign. Polls do not win elections. Polls are also always an element that can even influence discouragement from going to the polls, because someone reads them and thinks to themselves: well, they will definitely win anyway, or the elections are decided, why go to the polls? Every vote is important, each of our votes, each of us, is extremely important. This is a great celebration of democracy, and we can go and personally decide what our homeland will look like in the coming years, how Poland will develop, whether social programs and development programs will be implemented. All that we have been implementing for 4 years together with you in our white and red team, what we have fulfilled as our great commitment from 2015. The fact that we are credible and effective shows that it is worth moving forward together and working hard for these remaining, final days of the campaign, talking, and we will meet with you - stated Beata Szydło at a press conference at PiS headquarters.

- We are with you and will remain with you, which is why, together with Minister Rafalska, we are setting off on the [campaign] trail. We will meet with you, we will talk with you. We will remind you of the many projects that have already been completed. Of the enormous social revolution that has been carried out, especially regarding support for various social groups, but primarily reaching out to those in the most difficult situations, to those regions that have been most neglected - stated Beata Szydło at a press conference at PiS headquarters.

- Victory is achieved beyond the finish line, and this finish line is [October] 13th. We appeal not only to our voters for full mobilization. Go to these elections, don't stay home. This is extremely important. I believe that with our voters, we create a community of people who care about Poland, about what our future will be. Truly, every vote is a priceless vote - stated Elżbieta Rafalska at a press conference at PiS headquarters.

„[On October 13th] we will make a decision about the quality of our future lives. Of this generation, of future generations. These are not just elections for 4 years. These are elections for a civilizational path” - said PO (Civic Platform) leader Grzegorz Schetyna at a press conference in Biała Podlaska.

„There is probably no other place than this part of Poland, the eastern border is a place where infrastructure investment is necessary. Money must go here so that we can talk about leveling the playing field, about new jobs, about inviting investors, to make good use of the fact that we are here at the beginning of the EU, that we are opening up Europe” - he added. 

- 1500 PLN in ZUS contributions every month for entrepreneurs next year is not only an increase in ZUS for entrepreneurs… If the ruling party boasts about its achievements, it should admit that under their governance, self-employed individuals will face the highest ZUS increase. Many entrepreneurs are already saying today: we are closing our doors, we won't be able to sustain our businesses. ZUS must be voluntary. If you can afford it, you pay. If you're going through a difficult time, facing a crisis, and are unable to pay, you don't pay ZUS. You can take a ZUS holiday – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Gniezno.

“The Prime Minister Morawiecki’s bank was one of the banks that, in a very aggressive, optimistic manner, distributed Swiss franc loans. That’s over 1 billion 700 million francs. That’s how many loans were granted. Today, there is an ECJ ruling, it changes everything and shows how the PiS government, by doing nothing for 4 years, neglected and abandoned action on this matter. I recall the presidential elections, the promise of the president, then candidate Andrzej Duda. After a few months, parliamentary elections and promises from all PiS candidates. They promised everything, they were among the Swiss franc borrowers and supported their protests. Today, they are gone” - said the PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna at a press conference in Biała Podlaska.

“Where is the responsibility of this government? Where is the responsibility of the Prime Minister, who, more than anyone, knows what the consequences of this ECJ verdict are today and what they will be in the coming months” - he added. 

The former Prime Minister will participate in a meeting with residents of Łódź today, organized by Piotr Gliński. On Friday, she will visit Mazowsze, and on Sunday, the Świętokrzyskie and Małopolskie voivodeships. Szydło will continue her tour of Poland next week, excluding days dedicated to work stemming from her duties in the European Parliament.

- The former Prime Minister is engaging in the campaign. She will be directly encouraging and persuading people to vote herself - Michał Ciechowski tells 300POLITYCE.

“Over the past few years, PiS has missed opportunities, failed to change the status quo, and did not utilize EU funds that were prepared for this [fight against smog]. It did not use this money, it did not take up this challenge, it did not stop the process. If it weren't for local governments, which tried to implement programs on their own, there would have been no progress. The government has done nothing in this matter and has once again left Poles to fend for themselves. We do not agree with this. We have a very good program, a very good law” – said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, the Civic Coalition (KO) candidate for Prime Minister and Deputy Marshal, at a press conference in Oświęcim.

A meeting of the heads of state of the Visegrad Group is currently underway in the Czech Republic. The EU budget, Brexit, climate protection policy, and energy security are the main topics of discussion for the Presidents of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Today, the leaders of the V4 were joined by the Presidents of Slovenia and Serbia. Krzysztof Szczerski informed that in the expanded group, the discussions will primarily focus on the EU's "open door" policy, particularly the prospect of EU enlargement to the Western Balkans. The head of the presidential cabinet highlighted that this year, both Andrzej Duda's activity and Polish diplomacy as a whole are particularly focused on the Western Balkans region.

- We are trying to convince you to go to the polls, because it's worth it. It is our civic duty, but also a great opportunity for each of us to decide the fate of our homeland, our common future, and to make decisions. Elections are the most beautiful act of democracy - said Beata Szydło during a meeting with seniors in Mszczonów.

- This is authority that Poles should respect and appreciate. We are proponents of further decentralization, of further transferring competences to local governments. Unlike PiS, we have trust. We believe that these mayors, deputy mayors, and presidents, as well as district governors and marshals, elected by the residents, possess the greatest, best electoral mandate to manage their money. That is why we say that the decentralization of finances should contribute to building the subjectivity of local governments. We want to leave the entire PIT and CIT, all our taxes – not all, but these two that are absolutely crucial – to local governments. We want to divide them in such a way that they can feel financially responsible, and at the same time independent. Not dependent on grants, subsidies, or the whims of an official in Warsaw – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a press conference in Bielsk Podlaski.

„The ECJ has said that those people who have loans have the right to fight for their justice, and what happened in Poland was unjust. I would like to remind you that when these loans were taken, the Polish state did not react in any way and did not explain what taking a loan in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of which changes, actually means. The state's informational role was greatly forgotten at that moment, and here we bow to President Komorowski. The only guarantor for the state is the constitution and state institutions. There is no other guarantor. The state should warn or prevent such situations. It's not the case that capital will solve all problems” - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty, the leader of SLD, at a press conference in Radom.

„I am amazed by the arrogance of banks in Poland. I am listening to the statements of bank representatives today. It's not as if you will be competing with citizens. I think it's time for remorse and reflection” - he added.

- Piotr Gliński said that Ela and I were introducing these first changes, these first reforms. After all, it's not one or two people who can do so much, but a very good team is needed for that. This government team was wonderful. This first team was tasked with a very difficult job. We had to reverse everything that had been happening in Poland until then - said Beata Szydło during a meeting with the residents of Łódź.

This government and this proposal wouldn't exist without one man. That man, who for many, many years believed that Poland could be different, that it could be the homeland of all Poles, that Poland could be a perfectly developing country that others reckon with. But above all, that Poles can be proud of Poland, and Poland can be an example to the whole world. That man is Jarosław Kaczyński - said Beata Szydło during a meeting with Łódź residents.

- We can observe in the European Parliament how Polish MEPs, though I sometimes wonder if that's truly the right term, Polish MEPs who are not from PiS, are attacking Poland and attacking our fellow candidates who are running for various positions - said Beata Szydło during a meeting with Łódź residents.

- In the European Parliament in recent days, we had the opportunity to hear Mr. Janusz Wojciechowski, who is a candidate for the extremely important position of Commissioner for Agriculture for Poland. He was brilliantly prepared. Excellently prepared substantively also at this meeting. A man with enormous and European experience, as he has been in the European Parliament for many, many terms. He headed the Committee on Agriculture. Currently, he is a lawyer at the European Court of Auditors. One might ask if a better candidate for the position of EU Commissioner could be imagined. And do you know from which side, by whom he was most attacked? Unfortunately, by Jarosław Kalinowski. We felt genuinely sorry about that - said Beata Szydło during a meeting with the residents of Łódź.

- We don't want our freedom to be limited by various trends that emerge. We don't want to be subjected to the pressure of ideological novelties, which seem destructive to us - said Piotr Gliński during a meeting with Łódź residents.

- We guarantee full freedom to every person, including artists. It's not true that we are limiting artistic expression or human freedom in any way. But we don't want anyone to try and dictate our own home through precisely this kind of ideological pressure - added the Deputy Prime Minister.

"It was only we who undertook the effort to heal these great social maladies, and to a large extent we succeeded, but we will only fully succeed when we can continue this policy. When I said that Poland minus meant Poland collapsing under our economic and social program, I omitted one thing, which is incredibly important. It also means agreement, and what's more - support from the state, from the authorities for this great ideological offensive against traditional values, Polish values, Catholic values, against the values of the family, against normality. If anyone claims that people are divided into - as I read - over eighty genders, then this is an offensive against common sense and against obvious truth. At the cellular level, without the slightest difficulty, one can determine whether it is a cell of a woman or a man. This is a difference created by God, or if someone is an unbeliever, one could say, by nature" - stated the PiS leader, Jarosław Kaczyński, in Kalisz.

„Those who want to change the world today, who want to blow up the existing order, claim otherwise, and can already force obedience to these claims in the world, even through repression. Recently in Scotland, a young boy was expelled from school for stating that there are only men and women” – said PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński in Kalisz.

“We are currently facing an assault on freedom. All these masqueraders, who are marching through Polish streets under heavy police protection, are people who demand that our freedom be restricted, that we lose the right to criticize them,” said PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński in Kalisz.

- Terlecki said that Poland's public healthcare is among the best in Europe, and I will now explain what he meant. - I predict that if some misfortune were to happen and many Poles went mad and voted for today's opposition, we would see how the anti-PiS demons, cultivated over recent and previous years, would cause a wave of revenge. - I used that phrasing [about crazy voters] to show that sometimes in politics, there are sudden, unexpected reactions.
