- The Provincial Combined Hospital, located nearby in Kalisz. A huge hospital with huge challenges, which has functioned well for years. Today it has enormous problems. These are the emergency departments which are having trouble functioning, where gigantic queues are forming. Not just for hours anymore, but for days. This is due to a lack of good, honest, reliable valuation of services at the emergency departments. This is what leads to the enormous indebtedness of district hospitals, but also provincial hospitals now. This is what causes the reduction, first of beds, then departments, then entire hospitals. Finally, hospitals will soon be closing. This is the policy of PiS today, a policy of ruining healthcare – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

- There must be an idea, and we have it. We're talking about ERs, about reducing patient admission time to 60 minutes in the ER. We're talking about assistants and work division. About enabling doctors to make diagnoses, and all other matters to be handled by others, by assistants, by nurses. After all, this is possible. It's a matter of elementary work organization – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

– We are preparing a pilot program for a European program to combat cancer. But also to ensure that in the budget of the next financial perspective, the 7-year one, there will be money for a European healthcare program, of which Poland will be an important part. This is a process. We will be dealing with this from the first day after the elections – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

- We spoke about the 13th pension 2.5 years ago. I spoke about it for the first time in Łódź. It's important and necessary. Seniors deserve it because we owe it to them. We must invest in the silver generation. And we, as Civic Coalition, will do it - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

- The bill we submitted has been lying in the Sejm's 'deep freeze' for almost 3 years now, where we showed how to effectively combat smog. How to support those who are already sick. And are dying due to smog. That's over 40,000 victims annually in Poland. And this time is approaching, the end of September, the beginning of October. Soon we will be seeing these terrible, dreadful figures and numbers that will show how much smog affects all of us. That is why we are speaking so firmly and will continue to speak: no more poisoning Poles. Enough. We cannot deceive ourselves by saying it's about coal, or the energy mix. It's about everything, about our health and lives. Our parents' and our children's. This is an intergenerational issue, it concerns us all. And today we say firmly: no more smog, we will end this - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

- It started with Misiewicz. Everyone was smiling, they didn't know if he was called Misiewicz or Pisiewicz. They knew that jobs were being secured in State Treasury companies. But week by week, month by month, these scandals have only increased. Let's recall the KNF, a huge scandal, billions of zlotys lost. But soon there will be Srebrna and President Kaczyński's big investments. Then it turned out that flying on government planes is a hobby of PiS MPs and they are turning it into political fun and promotion. Finally, later the haters, Deputy Minister Piebiak, the right-hand man of Minister Ziobro, who is involved in organizing and coordinating hate. A few days' break and what do we have? A tenement house in Krakow and the head of NIK, whose colleagues look just like everyone saw on television. This is a disgrace and a shame. It is a shame that you have led to such a situation. That state officials are compromising us all. They are compromising Poland. We will end this - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition convention in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

„The matter should be clarified. We are not taking it lightly. Let's wait for the investigation into the asset declaration to conclude, and then we will draw conclusions. If any irregularities are found, there will be no sacred cows here. We will then ensure Mr. Banasi's dismissal, and that will be the end” – stated MEP Patryk Jaki in the TVN24 program “Kawa na ławę”.

"This matter began with a request from President Banaś himself, who asked for an analysis of his financial statements," said presidential minister Paweł Mucha on "Kawa na ławę" on TVN24.

"If there were any suspicion of illegality, it would be the case that President Banaś would resign. I have no doubts about that," he added. 

„For 4 years, you have been practicing corrupt populism. Today, the symbol of your state, of 4 years of governance, is a hotel by the hour in a tenement building that belonged to the Finance Minister. This very Finance Minister, who dressed himself in the robes of a sheriff chasing tax mafias, himself practiced aggressive tax optimization, which is forbidden under Polish law. He understated the due tax and did so in agreement and cooperation with individuals involved in pimping” - said Izabela Leszczyna from Civic Platform (PO) on TVN24's program “Kawa na ławę”.

- We want to achieve greater equality in our country. Of course, not some communist leveling, but so that people living in different regions, doing the same work, have similar incomes. This is not yet the case, although we have moved closer to it, and so that they also have similar opportunities in other spheres, which is also very, very important and which we emphasize. Access to culture - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

- Businessmen also face many different obstacles that can be removed and must be removed. And in business, we also have many glass ceilings that good, honest businessmen are unable to break and move higher, and we want to give them a chance. Because in Poland, energetic people, good entrepreneurial people must have opportunities. They must have the opportunity to also rise very high in areas currently reserved for post-communist beneficiaries. This must end. Poland's economic elite must be different, new. Of course, we will not take anything away from anyone. This is about competition. If those who are at the top can maintain their position in fair competition, that's fine. But this competition must exist. It cannot be that in some area, you cannot move even a few centimeters beyond a certain line because there is a certain gentleman who controls everything - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

- I won't name names here, because lawsuits will start, and we know what our courts are like - added the PiS leader. - There are many such areas. We need to, where there is truly no competition today, and these are situations both at the municipal level, truly small, where we have small businesses, and these are situations at a larger level, right up to the situation on a national scale. We must break through this. It is very difficult, but it is also a task for subsequent terms. This is a task aimed at building a Polish version of the welfare state. Without this, we will not regain it - he emphasized.

- The family must be defended, and of course, it is that family which each of us simply has in our consciousness, regardless of its personal state. The family where there is a father, a mother, children, where someone is sometimes missing, because that's how life goes and we respect that, and of course, it is also a family if one person, usually the mother, is raising children. I repeat, we approach this with full respect and readiness to help, but we reject all kinds of experiments, which are moreover to be conducted and are unfortunately already being conducted at the expense of children, two dads, two moms – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

„We know that these elections can be won, and we will win these elections. Little is needed for us to achieve our best historical result in Warsaw. We are certain of this. These elections are a decision and a choice about what Poland will be. Will it be a Poland where hatred and divisions are daily occurrences, will it be a Poland where hate speech is broadcast on public television, will it be a Poland where there is no respect between Poles? We do not want such a Poland. We want to discuss Poland substantively” – stated Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, the Civic Coalition’s candidate for Prime Minister and Deputy Marshal of the Sejm, at a press conference.

- We must defend freedom. The imposition of these views I spoke about is part of so-called political correctness in the West. This political correctness has already transformed into a mechanism for eliminating freedom of speech, science, and opinion in many countries, thus undermining fundamental civil liberties. Poland must remain an island of freedom - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

„We want a conversation. Poles want politicians to talk to each other, which is why I am appealing and asking Mr. President Kaczyński to meet and talk with me on the topics we are discussing extensively during this campaign, namely family. Because all the problems of our country are concentrated within the family” - stated Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Civic Coalition's candidate for Prime Minister and Deputy Marshal, at a press conference.

„After the election, one of us will form the new government and be responsible for the fate of Poles, so let's show that in important matters we can talk, exchange views, and demonstrate that politics can look different” - she added.

- Freedom must also be strengthened legally, through appropriate legislation. We will, of course, also propose constitutional amendments, but I fear that our opponents champion freedom only in their words, for themselves. True freedom, however, they oppose - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

“PiS leaders and chiefs avoid debates. They don't want to talk, but since they often follow the opinions of Poles and polls, and since polls show that Poles care about this, perhaps they will decide on this debate with me. Because this is probably the debate that should take place, and Poles have the right to know how we envision life and what kind of Poland we envision. I would like it to be a debate and a conversation, and for us to take it seriously” - said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Civic Coalition candidate for Prime Minister and Deputy Marshal, at a press conference.

“A 'one-on-one' debate is needed. I still hope that President Kaczyński will decide on such a conversation” - she added. 

"It took Law and Justice a very long time to realize what kind of person they recommended for such an important position in our country [head of NIK]. The minister himself admitted to acting unlawfully, as he spoke about undervaluing assets. This is a tax offense. He admitted it himself. I hope we won't need to change the law. Laws should not be changed based on one person. I hope that common honesty will convince PiS to persuade their member to resign from this position. I cannot imagine any other scenario," said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Civic Coalition's candidate for Prime Minister and Deputy Marshal, at a press conference.

- The 13th pension [will be introduced next year]. I want to strongly emphasize this because hostile propaganda claims it won't. The 13th pension will be introduced. And next year, perhaps sooner, there will also be a 14th pension - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

"I am an advocate of us all respecting each other, so that people can live as they wish. I am for civil partnerships being binding in our country because all people should have equal rights. They have the right to legal and medical protection, and to inheritance. That's how it should be. Let's not exclude groups of people from our social life. The topic of adoption is not on the table at the moment. I will always say – the most important thing in every situation, in every adoption, is the child's well-being. When thinking about adoption at all, let's first think about the child, where they live, how they live, and what they need. If politicians look at it this way, many problems will be easier to solve" - said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, candidate for Prime Minister for the Civic Coalition and Deputy Marshal, at a press conference.

- The state cannot be an organism that hinders development. It must support it, and currently, this varies. And unfortunately, courts are at the forefront of these obstacles. And we will not forget about this - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin.

„We are facing a serious choice. We propose common-sense normalcy. Normalcy as Polish families living at a certain level, as good jobs, ever-increasing wages, visibly improving local infrastructure, security in our immediate surroundings. Are these not the most essential aspects of our public, social, and economic life? We are simply proposing normalcy, not eccentric moral revolutions that our political competitors offer, not some turning of the world upside down as it was before with VAT mafias, which acted like a virus on the entire Polish organism” – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Nidzica.

"If we don't want things to be as they were, if we don't want a return to that reality, or even worse, enriched by ideological revolutions and various bizarre social fads, if we don't want a return to such a reality, combined with what doesn't fit Poland, these revolutions of the most varied kind, then let's vote for PiS, let's cast our vote for those who are the guarantors of normality," said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Nidzica.

„We've put Poland back on its feet. It stands firmly on two legs. We're marching in the right direction, towards values most important, most sacred to Poles, such as family, work, wages, development. These are the values we are also focusing on in subsequent terms. I hope that in the upcoming one, if Poles trust us, but we will likely ask for more” – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Nidzica.

"Our political opponents are deceiving Poles, misleading them by saying that it is possible to very quickly change this situation [of waiting times for specialist doctors], that waiting times for specialists will be 21 days. Everyone knows that this problem stems from one fundamental cause: a shortage of doctors, specialist doctors. During our term, from the very beginning, we undertook to change this system; we initiated admissions for 3,000 more students in the first year compared to the era of our predecessors," Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said in Nidzica.

The upcoming week in politics is primarily characterized by another period of parliamentary campaigning – on Tuesday, a televised election debate organized by Telewizja Polska will take place. The first weekend of October will also be the final one of this campaign – PiS plans a convention on agriculture, and Lewica a convention in Katowice.

The coming days will also feature hearings for candidates for commissioner positions, a meeting of the Sejm committee regarding announced changes to ZUS contributions and an increase in the minimum wage, as well as an ECJ ruling concerning Swiss franc loan holders and a meeting of the Visegrad Group presidents.

Sejm Committee on ZUS Contributions and Minimum Wage Changes. On Monday at 11:00 AM, a meeting of the Sejm Committee on Economy and Development will be held. It will consider information about announced changes to ZUS contributions for entrepreneurs and the increase in the minimum wage, as well as their impact on the economy, particularly on the condition of small and medium-sized enterprises. According to information on the Sejm’s website, representatives from the Ministries of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Finance, Investment and Development, as well as the ombudsman for small and medium-sized enterprises, are expected to present this information.

TVP Debate. On Tuesday at 8:00 PM, an election debate will take place on Telewizja Polska, hosted by Michał Adamczyk. Representatives from all five committees registered in all electoral districts will participate. The debate – expected to last around 45 minutes – will be broadcast on TVP1 and TVP Info.

Hearings for Candidates for Commissioners in the European Parliament. On Monday, hearings for candidates for EU commissioners will begin in the European Parliament, where they will answer MEPs' questions in committee meetings. The hearings will take place between Monday, September 30th, and Tuesday, October 8th. The hearing for Janusz Wojciechowski is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1st, at 2:30 PM.

ECJ Ruling on Swiss Franc Loan Holders. On Thursday, the Court of Justice of the European Union will deliver a ruling in a case concerning Swiss franc loan holders. "I have no such concerns because the Polish banking system is very well-reserved and highly capitalized... I am in contact with the Financial Supervision Authority and I know that the situation is absolutely stable and under control," stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki when asked if a potential unfavorable ECJ ruling for banks regarding Swiss franc loans could trigger a crisis in Poland. The head of government simultaneously emphasized that "if there are any irregularities, they should be condemned, and courts have the right to issue final judgments."

V4 Presidents' Meeting. On Wednesday and Thursday, the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, will participate in a meeting of the Visegrad Group presidents in Lány, Czech Republic. The exact schedule of the visit has not yet been published.

Final Campaign Weekend. For the final weekend of the parliamentary campaign, PiS plans an election convention – in the form of a programmatic debate, as on previous Saturdays – which will focus on issues related to agriculture and rural development. Lewica plans a convention in Katowice, while the Civic Coalition's plans are currently unknown.

- I think it's worth starting this time with a certain kind of threat. A certain kind of threat that is worth talking about. Worth talking about because our opponents still possess significant media power and can propagate various, not so much truths, but rather falsehoods, very intensely and reach many, many people. Well, this threat is connected with the insinuation into social consciousness of all groups, but especially of people of more mature age who remember a lot, that all our successes, this improvement of recent years, is just something temporary. That it will be like it has been before in our history and what the older generation, and even the mature middle generation remembers. It was better, then again. Better, then worse again. Well, I wanted to say that all these narratives which are based on insinuating such a conviction that we are conducting some kind of irresponsible handout policy, are completely unfounded - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Koszalin.

- If someone wanted to maintain the claim that I am here preaching what I am preaching for subjective reasons, because I lead a party that governs today, then I can refer, for example, to the recently formulated opinion of one of the very well-known rating agencies, which maintained our rating at a good level of A-, stated that it is a stable rating, and at the same time emphasized that our economy is based on strong foundations, a strong banking system, and what I particularly strongly present, a sound economic policy. Yes, we are conducting a sound economic policy and we are successful - added the PiS chairman.

- Today, as you certainly know, it is questioned [that people are born either as a girl, then a woman, or as a boy, then a man]. There are already those who have reached over 80 genders. I don't know how, I cannot explain it, but I read this with great astonishment - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Koszalin.
