At 9:30 AM in Jelenia Góra, the Civic Coalition will hold a regional convention with the participation of PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna. On Car-Free Day, Civic Coalition's candidate for Prime Minister, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, will encourage the use of public transport. At 1:05 PM in Warsaw, she will take tram number 28, and at approximately 1:30 PM, she will participate in the open day of the "Płocka" metro station.

At 11:00 AM in Krakow, a convention will take place with the participation of PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński. Further conventions with the ruling party's leader will be held at 2:30 PM in Nowy Sącz and 6:00 PM in Tarnów. Meanwhile, at 12:00 PM in Brzeg, a meeting will be held with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Additional meetings with the head of government will take place at 2:00 PM in Ząbkowice Śląskie and 4:00 PM in Świdnica.

PSL President Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will be in the Małopolska Voivodeship. At 10:30 AM, the leader of the agrarian party will participate in fire brigade competitions in the Brzeg district. At 12:30 PM in Brzesko, a press conference will be held with PSL-Koalicja Polska candidates. - I want to speak about the importance of these elections. Because it's only three weeks away. In three weeks, we will be at the ballot boxes and deciding which direction our homeland will take. What choice Poland will make. In what kind of country, what state, our children and grandchildren will live, what will be the future of Poland. And this is a very important choice, our choice. Now we know that it's about everything. That we will decide whether Poland will have a normal, Western democracy. Whether we will live in a country governed by the rule of law, a democratic, important, sovereign member of the European Union. Or, as is the case today, in a state that is being torn apart by PiS and its acolytes, those who tear and haggle over the cloth of the Republic of Poland, who quarrel over State Treasury companies, over benefits, like PiS people with Misiewicz types. And we will do everything to make this choice clear and unambiguous. And so that Poles choose as they should. So that they choose democracy, the rule of law, a proud Poland in the EU - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a convention in Jelenia Góra.

- This choice will be absolutely strategic. Will Poland be a country for all people, without exception, who want to live here, who feel Polish and patriotic, who are looking for what is common. Or should Poland be a country as the PiS politicians want it to be – exclusionary, aggressive, based on negative emotions. We will always speak of a smiling Poland, a joyful Poland, a civic Poland, a Poland proud of its achievements and a Poland of the future. This is our Poland - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the convention in Jelenia Góra.

- As the campaign has its rhythm, I want to address what we all saw yesterday, the whole of Poland saw in the Superwizjer report, the report about the head of NIK, about his economic, business achievements. About his relationships, about everything that shows like a magnifying glass what the PiS state is today. And I want to say very clearly that what we saw yesterday is a chilling tale of pathology and mafia-like arrangements within the PiS state. And we will do everything to ensure that on October 13th, Poles know that this is their choice. To absolutely end this pathology, these connections, this type of PiS state" - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a convention in Jelenia Góra.

- We can talk about the campaign, the promises, the proposals – all that our opponents in Katowice spoke about. Journalists ask me, 'How do you assess these proposals that the Prime Minister is making?' But is that important? Is it relevant? After all, these proposals will be different in a moment. After all, it's a grand fairy tale, a hoax, and a narrative of PiS. Promises, promises, promises. And taxes will rise. They will be called emission fees. But taxes are rising, and that is the policy of the PiS government. That's how it is and how it will be – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a convention in Jelenia Góra.

- Whatever they promise, they will have their mouths full of platitudes, promises, openness today. They will smile, and after October 13, if God forbid they win, it will be the same. Gritted teeth, resentment, hatred, and pushing aside those who are not like them. We do not want a PiS state. We want an open, civic Poland. One where we can all fit in and want to live here, reside here. And we will be proud of it - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a convention in Jelenia Góra.

- This is our goal. To achieve this very high level of economic development, but also to achieve justice, solidarity, and social cohesion. Because I repeat, then our goal will be realized. The path to this is the continuation of our social policy, sustainable development, but it is also the creation of mechanisms that will lead to the modernization of the Polish economy. Recently, the subject of criticism and discussion in Poland has been our plan to increase the minimum wage. Very soon, from January 1, 2021, to PLN 3,000, and from January 1, 2024, to PLN 4,000. Now, some say that this will harm the Polish economy, that it will harm workers. That is a very, very radical untruth. When can organizational improvement occur, in terms of technology in our economy? Because in this respect, we are in many ways quite far behind our Western neighbors. When introducing such changes will simply pay off, and it will pay off when labor is expensive. And the path to expensive labor is, on the one hand, administrative measures, because increasing the minimum wage is an administrative measure, and on the other hand, it is the employee's market, and we already have such an employee's market today. We have reduced unemployment, radically reduced unemployment - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Katowice.

- In 2005, for the first time, [PiS] managed to seize power briefly and take the first steps towards changing this system, and then in 2015, with more mature plans, it did so for the second time. This was the fundamental, essential change. A new team took power, one that had nothing to do with communism or post-communism – said Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS convention in Krakow. 

- The Polish tradition, the Polish republican tradition, the Polish tradition of freedom, hence Poland as an island of freedom, because this freedom is receding in Western Europe today. Today, for stating the obvious, that a homosexual couple cannot have children, one can face criminal proceedings in some countries. This will not be accepted in Poland under any circumstances, as they say in Podhale - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Katowice.

- An attack on the family will also not succeed. An attack on the family in its traditional form. That is, a woman, a man, children. Of course, I am attacked for saying this. It often happens in life that a mother, most often a mother, sometimes a father, much less frequently, remains alone with the children. And that is also, of course, a family, and we support that too. With all our might - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Katowice.

- Also when, for example, these children are adopted. Because it is truly a beautiful thing to adopt children. It is a beautiful, great deed. But the foundation is this family, let's call it, classic. We have no intention of destroying it. We will defend it - the PiS chairman continued.

- PiS in English means peace. We are the party of calm, normality. Remember, normality is when families can live normally, can live peacefully. Not just from one payday to the next - said Mateusz Morawiecki during a meeting with residents of Brzeg.

- The Civic Platform, Mr. Grzegorz Schetyna's party, is like a weathervane in the wind. Allegedly it is this way, allegedly it is another way, that's how they present their arguments. The most important things in politics are credibility, honesty, and keeping one's word. Law and Justice is a party that keeps its word - said Mateusz Morawiecki during a meeting with the residents of Ząbkowice Śląskie.

- These upcoming elections are the most important elections in at least 30 years. We must win. We will not give Poland away. Poland must be in our, Polish hands - said Mateusz Morawiecki during a meeting with residents of Ząbkowice Śląskie.

- This foundation is based on something that is particularly important in a democracy. What is the foundation of democracy. It is based on credibility. We promised we would do it, and we did. And this credibility gives us hope for the future and at the same time the right to formulate a further program. It's called the Polish version of the welfare state. We want to build, not in 4 years, because that's impossible, but over, let's say, 12 years, a Poland that, in terms of its development level, will not lag behind the EU average and will continue to advance, towards the German level and perhaps even higher. And which will also be just, just in all those aspects I've already mentioned. This is what this plan entails - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Nowy Sącz.

- On October 13th, society will answer the question of whether we will continue to implement this plan together or whether we will go in the other direction. That is, backwards. Remember, ladies and gentlemen, that those who are our competitors, regardless of what they say and what they promise, simply cannot and do not know how to continue our plan. They can't because they don't know how. Because it requires qualifications, and with all due respect to Mrs. Kidawa-Błońska, she is no Beata Szydło. Not to mention Mr. Schetyna - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Nowy Sącz.

- What we are doing [regarding raising the minimum wage] is necessary for Poland. And what our opponents are saying, that there will be a 5000 PLN minimum wage, but after appropriate economic development, is not even promising peaches on a willow tree. It's even less than that. It's promising bananas on a willow tree - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Nowy Sącz.

- I was with Ireneusz Zyska in Fighting Solidarity; we fought together for freedom, independence, democracy, and the rule of law. On our rivals' lists, we have an SLD premier, a second SLD premier, a third SLD premier. By all means, let them be, but where were they in the 1980s? - said Mateusz Morawiecki during a meeting with residents of Świdnica. 

The upcoming week in politics is primarily marked by President Andrzej Duda's visit to the USA and his meeting with President Donald Trump, as well as the first post-recess session of the Senate – the last of this term, though it will likely be extended analogously to the Sejm's proceedings.

The government is expected to adopt the draft budget for 2020 and send it to the Sejm by the end of September – meaning within the next week. However, as we hear, this will most likely not happen at Tuesday's session, for which the agenda has not yet been published.

The next few days will also see the continuation of the parliamentary campaign – various political groups will continue their campaign tours, and on Monday, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska will inaugurate a new campaign initiative in Lublin called "Tell Kidawa About It."

PAD-Trump Meeting. President Andrzej Duda, accompanied by his wife, is already in the USA, where he will participate in the general debate of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. A meeting with US President Donald Trump is scheduled for Monday at 20:15 Polish time, followed by a press statement around 22:30. On Tuesday, PAD will attend the opening of the general debate of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, and meetings with the presidents of Estonia and Kazakhstan are also planned. The President's address at the general debate of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly will take place at midnight Polish time. Wednesday, in turn, includes a meeting with UN Secretary-General António Guterres.

Continuation of the Parliamentary Campaign. On Monday, the Civic Coalition's candidate for Prime Minister, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, will be in the Lublin Voivodeship. The schedule includes meetings with women and a rural women's circle, residents of Włodawa and local government officials regarding the border crossing in Włodawa County, residents of Lublin as part of the new initiative "Tell Kidawa About It," as well as a visit to the district hospital, a meeting with doctors and residents, and a press conference. Lewica will continue its campaign tour with Lewicobus, which will arrive in Szczecin and Zielona Góra on Monday. PiS, in turn, will continue its series of regional election conventions.

Opinion of the CJEU Advocate General on the Disciplinary Proceedings Model. On Tuesday, CJEU Advocate General Maciej Szpunar will announce his opinion in cases concerning preliminary questions from judges Ewa Maciejewska and Igor Tuleya, who seek an answer as to whether the Polish model of disciplinary liability for judges is compatible with EU law.

Senate Session. A three-day Senate session will begin on Wednesday – according to the plan, the last of this term, but it is already known that the chamber will also convene after the elections. During this session, 18 bills will be considered, including the bill on flights of key state officials, as well as the so-called bill on the financial declarations of politicians' families. In mid-September, Stanisław Karczewski admitted that it appeared the session would be shortened, followed by an adjournment of proceedings.

Schetyna's Meeting at BCC. On Thursday at 16:00, a meeting with Grzegorz Schetyna will take place at the headquarters of the Business Centre Club. The discussion topics are expected to include, among others, the Platforma's program proposals, the increase in the minimum wage, the tax system, PiS's proposals, such as the abolition of the 30-fold income cap, and announced changes to ZUS contributions for entrepreneurs, the implementation of PPK, the 500+ program, and the 13th and 14th pension.

- Contrary to the narratives of our opponents, including those from outside, including Mr. Timmermanses in various guises, democracy in Poland endures and is doing well. The rule of law is also doing well, and I can say that while it is doing well and we have truly never threatened it for a moment, there will still be much to improve in this area. And we will do it. But first, we must obtain this renewed social support - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Tarnów.

- Those who want to turn our society, and incidentally other societies in the West too, into such helpless groups, lacking any identity, who can be manipulated at will and exploited, must lose in Poland. They can win elsewhere, but in Poland they must lose. PiS and its allies are the only guarantee that they will lose. If our opponents win, and I repeat this in various places, but well, during an election campaign, one must repeat, it won't be as it was, but much worse than it was. Certainly much worse - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Tarnów.

- We must defend Poles from believing, or being told, that if you want to be as wealthy, to live as well, as people do in many Western countries, you must be the same as them. We don't have to be the same. They are suffering from a severe illness today, and demanding that we let ourselves be infected by this illness is truly asking too much. In short: no two moms, no two dads - added the PiS leader.

- It is unfortunate that [freedom] is retreating in many Western countries, especially in Western Europe. It might be better in the USA, although not perfectly either. More and more topics, particularly from the sphere I just mentioned, are becoming taboo. If someone holds views different from those widely broadcast by the media, they either face silence or must bear the consequences. Not so long ago in Scotland, a student stated that there are no other genders. There is only a woman or a man. For this reason, he was first suspended from his student rights and then expelled from school. This is just one of many examples – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Tarnów.

- Another man, in France, faced criminal charges for stating that children cannot result from a union of two men. There's nothing to laugh about here. There are those who propose that it should be like this in Poland. So, we must defend against this as well – added the PiS leader.
