In Warsaw, Polish-Czech intergovernmental consultations will take place, co-chaired by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš. The welcome is scheduled for 11:30 AM, and the prime ministers' meeting for 11:45 AM. At 12:00 PM, a delegation meeting will be held, at 1:00 PM – a family photo, and at 1:20 PM – a plenary session led by the prime ministers. A press conference with the Prime Ministers of Poland and the Czech Republic is scheduled for 3:00 PM.

At 9:15 AM, PSL spokesperson Jakub Stefaniak, along with his team, will launch their election campaign. The program includes, among other things, the presentation of the Ku-bus vehicle and a press conference. At 10:00 AM, a meeting of the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Self-Government will be held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.

At 11:00 AM in Warsaw, a press conference by the leaders of the Left will take place concerning "climate and the catastrophic drought occurring in our country this year – which results, among other things, in low yields and dramatically shrinking water resources in Poland".

In Katowice (at 12:00 PM) and Opole (at 11:00 AM), regional education roundtables will be held with the participation of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) leadership. Dariusz Piontkowski, head of MEN, will participate in Katowice, and Deputy Minister Iwona Michałek in Opole. A briefing with the participation of Minister Piontkowski, Silesian Voivode Jarosław Wieczorek, and Silesian Education Superintendent Urszula Bauer is planned for 11:45 AM.

At 4:30 PM in Sieradz, a PiS election convention will take place with the participation of party leader Jarosław Kaczyński, and at 7:00 PM – in Piotrków Trybunalski.

„Work is underway to finalize the next installment of the PiS program, which we will present at the beginning of September. You could say that our campaign roller is steadily moving forward. We are sticking to our script. We are not playing in a little theater written by Schetyna's hooligans or his media allies. We are implementing our strategy” - stated PiS MEP Joachim Brudziński in an interview with Michał Rachoń on TVP Info.

"There must be fundamental justice and fairness. It's not as though we're seeking some kind of bloody political revenge. What Chairman Horała spoke about is firmly documented by the work of this committee," stated PiS MEP Joachim Brudziński in an interview with Michał Rachoń on TVP Info.

- The appeal, a message from several dozen former ambassadors, is an unprecedented event. Not just in Poland, but I don't know of any democratic state where former state officials would denigrate their own country, and do so in the eyes of the president of the greatest superpower. - Let's wait until September 7th. There are truly several interesting program proposals, which will also be a significant impetus for economic development to remain at the current high level - said Piotr Müller in an interview with Henryk Szrubarz on "Sygnały Dnia" on Polish Radio Channel 1.

- Wojciechowski is a very good candidate. More importantly, he is a candidate for a very good portfolio, because the agriculture portfolio, from Poland's perspective, is the best portfolio we could receive, that we would receive, if this concludes, after Poland's accession to the EU – said Piotr Müller in a conversation with Henryk Szrubarz in "Sygnały Dnia" on Radio Jedynka.

- Polls always have this problem: for some, they bring relief, for others, greater stress. That is why they should be approached with caution, and that's precisely what we do in PiS. We have already begun our election campaign, we are registering candidate lists in various districts, and we are traveling across Poland. Today, our leaders will also be meeting with the country's residents. We are persuading them to adopt our program and are waiting for the one poll that truly matters, on October 13th - stated Radosław Fogiel during the Siódma9 morning program.

- Of course, we are following them, but let's remember that a poll is a momentary reflection of the current trend, and drawing far-reaching conclusions from it is not always the best approach, which is why we treat them with caution. Of course, we acknowledge the results, but we are focusing on our work and implementing what we have planned - added the PiS deputy spokesperson.

- Jarosław Kaczyński doesn't have to comment on every matter, especially as he's been focusing on the final amendments to our electoral program, which will be presented soon. Besides, there was a swift reaction from his superior, Minister Ziobro. The matter has been resolved - stated Radosław Fogiel on the morning program Siódma9.

- I don't rule out [that Jarosław Kaczyński will refer to the so-called 'hatergate' affair], but the matter has essentially been concluded - emphasized the deputy spokesperson for PiS. He added that further actions belong to professional services.

- I wanted to very warmly recommend the candidate, Mr. Jakub Stefaniak, for the Sejm in constituency 20. I had the opportunity to work with him for several months during the European Parliament campaign, and I must say he is a person not only of great energy, enthusiasm, and passion, but also of knowledge, especially when it comes to military affairs. Therefore, he should become the Minister of National Defence in due time – said Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski during a joint press conference with Stefaniak.

„Yesterday, we began another stage of our campaign, namely the registration of candidate lists. Yesterday, we managed to register our lists in five electoral constituencies. We were the first in the country to register the PiS list of candidates for the Senate in constituency No. 2 in Wałbrzych. Today, I can say that we already have a million signatures of support. Everything is proceeding according to plan, as we set out. We are in the process of registration, we've shifted into a higher gear and are moving forward” - said the head of the PiS Executive Committee, Krzysztof Sobolewski, at a press conference.

„Discussions [regarding Janusz Wojciechowski] are ongoing. Consultations are ongoing. I am absolutely convinced of Janusz Wojciechowski's competence, and the fact that this is a very good candidacy, today's attack by Gazeta Wyborcza on Wojciechowski, only strengthens me in this conviction” - said PiS MEP Joachim Brudziński at a press conference.

„If Janusz Wojciechowski becomes the Polish Commissioner for Agriculture, I am convinced that he will at least try very intensively to improve what Kalinowski and Miller botched in Copenhagen during the accession process when Poland joined the EU” - he added.

- Today, President Kaczyński is traveling to Sieradz and Piotrków Trybunalski, as announced. As we stated, Jarosław Kaczyński will reach all electoral districts. Prime Minister Morawiecki already began his campaign tour last weekend. The absence of Jarosław Kaczyński on this tour caused nervous stirrings among some of the so-called 'total opposition' and certain media outlets: what happened that Jarosław Kaczyński, some wrote or said, has hidden himself, some even suggested his condition might not be good. Well, for now, we observe that Grzegorz Schetyna is the one hiding in a cave. Mr. Grzegorz, don't be afraid, come out of that cave and tell the public opinion why there is such chaos on the Civic Coalition's lists, why more and more well-known politicians from PO, present in parliamentary politics for many years, are leaving these lists with a bang and slamming doors - stated Joachim Brudziński at the press conference.

- I am referring, for instance, to former Deputy Marshal of the Sejm, Elżbieta Radziszewska. Why are you hiding behind the backs of your young party colleagues, one might say media crusaders, who come out to the press tables every day and try to redirect attention, it must be said honestly, in some sympathetic media, of public opinion that on the organizational side of Platforma, PSL, SLD, they are also arguing. Just look at Monika Jaruzelska's recent statement, where she accuses Mr. Czarzasty of turning SLD into a subordinate of Ordynacka. They are arguing, squabbling, and in some media, one might get the impression that the total opposition is consolidated, full of energy and ideas. Where are the ideas? The idea is that every time Grzegorz Schetyna emerges from his cave and nervously touches his nose at a press conference, kissing the hands of extremely substantive female candidates who, in my opinion, given their views, would be more suited to a completely different specialization than political science. Grzegorz Schetyna is hiding because, for public opinion, which is perhaps most important for the voters of PO, the broadly understood opposition, and their sympathetic media, the party is like its leader. Hence all this nervous stir, this attempt to redirect public opinion - added the head of the PiS election staff.

- The head of Civic Platform's election staff accused of fabricating trolls. Silence in some media. We even hear that it's supposedly a PiS scandal. The devil dressed in a chasuble and rings the bell for mass with his tail. I want to say very clearly. We have a daily campaign plan. We, as the PiS staff, are implementing this plan. We want to reach even the smallest municipality once again. Our candidates are obliged to go down to the level of village councils, to talk to Poles. Sometimes to apologize, when the word "I'm sorry" should be said - stated Joachim Brudziński at a press conference.

- I thought it would be difficult to surpass the previous levels of sycophancy in Law and Justice, but the Prime Minister undoubtedly succeeded in that - said Adrian Zandberg during a press conference.

„Jarosław Kaczyński is an acceptable leader and an undisputed leader of his own political environment” - said PiS MEP Joachim Brudziński at a press conference.

- In a normal country, an independent prosecutor should keep politicians in check, but in Poland ruled by PiS, it is precisely politicians who direct the actions of prosecutors, and in PiS's Poland, it will be colleagues judging colleagues. This is a pathology and the downfall of the rule of law. It cannot be the case that another politician controls investigations into politicians, and therefore, in line with earlier announcements, today we are submitting a draft bill on the separation of the functions of the Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor General. It will also be the subject of our further work, self-amendments, and consultations - stated Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz at a press conference.

- Concurrently, in connection with Article 103 of the Constitution, according to which a Member of Parliament's mandate cannot be combined with the function of a prosecutor, we will also submit a motion to the Marshal of the Sejm to revoke Zbigniew Ziobro's parliamentary mandate - added the PO-KO MP. According to the proposal, the Prosecutor General would be elected by the Sejm with a 3/5 majority. Candidates could be nominated not only by parliamentarians but primarily by legal communities, legal advisors, attorneys, and academic circles – all those involved in criminal policy.

"There is no collective responsibility – not in politics, nor in any other activity" – stated Senate Marshal Stanisław Karczewski in a conversation with journalists at the Senate, when asked about the opposition's motion to dismiss Minister Ziobro.

"Where is Grzegorz Schetyna's reaction to what happened in [Inowrocław]? Where is Grzegorz Schetyna's reaction to what MP Brejza was doing? There is neither a reaction nor Grzegorz Schetyna. I ask: where is Grzegorz Schetyna and his reaction?" - said PiS spokesperson Anita Czerwińska at a press briefing in the Sejm.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II, President Andrzej Duda's advisor, Krzysztof Szczerski, announced during a press conference that all former presidents and prime ministers of Poland have been invited to the state ceremony in Warsaw. The event will take place on September 1st. "We have invited all former heads of state and heads of government, as well as their spouses, to participate in the state ceremony on September 1st in Warsaw," Szczerski said. He also added that the president had personally contacted all former presidents and prime ministers. "I am convinced that this will be a dignified commemoration of the anniversary," he stated. Earlier, the Presidential Office announced that on September 1st, the President would lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and participate in the state ceremony at Piłsudski Square. The main part of the ceremony will begin at 12:00 PM. The guest of honor at the event will be the Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence.

- We've reached a point where we need to summarize almost four years of our governance, because parliamentary elections are ahead of us, another decision by society, by the citizens. To put it very briefly, one can say this: We've embarked on the right path and we're sticking to it. But there's still a long way to go. Significant effort is still needed for Poland to look the way it should, the way it would if it had had more historical luck, both after 1945 and even after 1989. That's one truth. The second is that we can – I believe – be congratulated for having achieved a great deal - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Sieradz.

- We are striving, very consistently and with success, to achieve the same level of living, the average per capita income, the so-called disposable income per household member in rural and urban areas. We have taken a very significant step in this direction - said Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS convention in Sieradz.

- We have transferred over 80 billion zlotys to society through so-called social transfers. It has been transferred. And one can ask why those who were before us did not do so. After all, it builds social support. Well, partly because they didn't want to, because they believed that the interests of social groups other than the strongest were irrelevant, that they didn't need to be considered, but also because they didn't know how, because to implement such a program, to increase public sector revenues by PLN 150 billion in a short period, because I'm talking not only about the budget but also about the Social Insurance Institution (FUS) and other funds, you simply have to know how to govern. Prime Minister Morawiecki used, I believe yesterday, a very apt description. Poland's budget has ceased to be a cash machine for tax criminals, for mafias. I repeat, very apt words, but to do this, one had to be a person or a group with no connections in this area, and there are probably doubts about that, given how easily and well it went before for those who committed abuses and crimes, and one must have the will and the ability to act. And we had and have that will and ability to act - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Sieradz.

- We must have a majority in both chambers, because only then will it be possible to move forward quickly and efficiently. This, ladies and gentlemen, I say not because I am the head of this party, that I once worked in PC, but above all because I am Polish. This is what I wish for you, for this constituency, but above all for Poland - said Jarosław Kaczyński during the PiS convention in Sieradz.

- A key event in a few days will be our policy convention. Everything indicates it will be on September 7th, and then we will present our complete electoral program - Ryszard Terlecki said in an interview with Małgorzata Raczyńska-Weinsberg on Polskie Radio 24.

- We will present the program, electoral slogans, and the final formula for this campaign. It will primarily be a proposal for Poles, on the one hand, continuing all that has been achieved, but on the other hand, developing it with further elements - added the head of the PiS parliamentary club.

"Despite this great crisis, we must realize who manages MPWiK in Warsaw. We must ask ourselves why this failure, this catastrophe, has occurred. Prominent Civic Platform activists are in the management of the MPWiK company. Rafał Trzaskowski, and previously Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, and as we can see, Grzegorz Schetyna are proceeding not based on competence, but on political connections. Jarosław Jóźwiak, dismissed for the reprivatization scandal, is the chairman of the supervisory board. Tomasz Mencina, the mayor of Bielany, also a Civic Platform activist, is a board member. Ludwik Rakowski, a Civic Platform councilor of the provincial assembly, is also in the company's management. Elżbieta Lanc, a former candidate in the local elections for Civic Platform. She is in the company's management. Rafał Trzaskowski has entrusted such an important matter to incompetent people. I have no doubt about that. Because the Czajka wastewater treatment plant is the largest investment in Warsaw. It cost 3 billion PLN, was commissioned barely 6 years ago, and we have such a gigantic failure."

- The campaign will truly begin after the candidate lists are registered. We are very intensively collecting signatures. - [Hearing about the balanced budget, I thought] that it's a political sham, like all the promises and things that Morawiecki and the entire PiS policy of recent years have been doing. - Janusz Wojciechowski has good political preparation, because he is a former member of ZSL and a prosecutor and judge back in the 90s. He is also a former chairman of PSL. While he is not a farmer, he knows about agriculture. He served three terms on the European Parliament's Committee on Agriculture, and he was also the vice-chairman of the agriculture committee. In my assessment, among PiS politicians, he is currently the best prepared person to hold this function. - I believe that Krzysztof Brejza is absolutely the object of a massive attack by public media.
