- Judges use unworthy arguments against each other. Judges are not an extraordinary caste, as one of the prominent representatives of judges in Poland called her environment. Judges cannot be guided by a desire for revenge or retribution, as she said on another occasion. Judges representing neither one nor the other, nor any other side of a very sharp dispute, are not an extraordinary caste. Unfortunately, a dispute that has stirred many emotions regarding the reform of the judiciary. High ethical standards apply to all - said Zbigniew Ziobro during a conference on the European Day of Remembrance of Victims of Totalitarian Regimes.
