We Are Submitting Legislation Guaranteeing the Separation of the Prosecution Service from the Ministry of Justice

- We are submitting legislation in which the separation of the prosecution service from the Ministry of Justice will be guaranteed. It cannot be the case that the Minister of Justice, a party politician, implements party policy using the prosecution service. Today, an absurd situation has arisen where Minister Ziobro himself, the Prosecutor General, will be a judge in his own case, will supervise proceedings that concern him. These are standards that do not fit within Western European civilization - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a press conference.
