The Equality Parade was an event attended by tens of thousands of smiling people, very positive, and there was one incident that harmed all of it. An incident that offended religious sentiments. If we want to stand up for tolerance, we must also tolerate the views of others. Everyone is only talking about that one thing. Not about the tens, hundreds of smiling people, but about that one, scandalous incident. I'm concerned that the PSL is doing exactly the same. At a time when we are defending values, fighting hate, promoting tolerance, teaching that no one should be discriminated against, it's causing such controversy and that the PSL wants to embrace the PiS narrative, that this is a culture war. I don't want any culture war. It's not my concern at all" - said the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, in a conversation with Karolina Lewicka on TOK FM Radio's Morning show.
