"As stated in the declaration, the United States and Poland will make further efforts to cooperate in the field of security. Poland will soon provide the infrastructure to support the presence of an additional thousand American soldiers. The Polish government will create the infrastructure without additional costs for the American government. These costs will be borne by Poland.
