If we met all teacher demands today, without system reform, we'd be back at the table with the same problems in a few years
„We have proposed a new social pact for teachers. We said – agreed. If we want to radically increase teachers' salaries, we must rebuild the education system, because the current system, in which we have operated for years, has exhausted its possibilities. Even today, if we were to meet all teacher expectations, in a few years we would have to sit down at the table again and we would struggle with the same problems” - said Minister Michał Dworczyk in an interview on Radio Jedynka.
