- First and foremost, it's about values. It's about value, because these elections are so important, as they will decide the future of our, my city. They are a prelude to what comes next. Every election is about something. They are about defending what is most important, about defending values. Starzyński also spoke about this when he said he saw a great Warsaw, because he spoke of its indomitable spirit. He spoke of the things that matter most.
