Two New Members Appointed to PKN ORLEN Management Board The Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN S.A., at its meeting today, has appointed Michał Róg as a Management Board Member responsible for Wholesale and International Trade, and Armen Konrad Artwich as a Management Board Member for Corporate Affairs - the company's announcement reads. Armen Artwich, a legal advisor, studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration (WPiA) and corporate and commercial law at the University of Sheffield, School of Law. Since January of this year, he served as Director of the Legal Department of the Prime Minister's Chancellery (KPRM). Previously, from 2016 to 2018, as Deputy Director of the Department for Improving Economic Regulations at the Ministry of Development, he was responsible, among other things, for legislative projects concerning economic law. He is associated with Prime Minister Morawiecki as a long-term associate. Michał Róg is an economist, a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. He has over 20 years of professional experience at TELE-FONIKA KABLE S.A., where he worked as Vice President for Sales. Since March 2018, he has been a Management Board Member for Commercial Affairs at ORLEN OIL. He is associated with President Daniel Obajtek. The new management board members will commence their duties on September 1st.
