Thursday's Political Agenda: PM Morawiecki in Budapest for V4 and Austria Summit, Jaki to Present Housing Program, Zalewska to Summarize School Year
At 3:00 PM, President Andrzej Duda will participate in the opening of the Mobile Multimedia Museum as part of the centenary of regaining independence. At 10:00 AM, celebrations for the Day of the General Command of the Armed Forces will take place, attended by Minister Mariusz Błaszczak.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will take part in a summit of the heads of state of the Visegrad Group and the Chancellor of Austria in Budapest. The V4 prime ministers' meeting will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by a working lunch for the leaders and the Austrian Chancellor at 1:00 PM. A joint press conference is scheduled for 2:50 PM.
At 10:30 AM, Minister of Education, Anna Zalewska, will summarize the school year, which concludes on Friday. Patryk Jaki, the United Right's candidate for the mayor of Warsaw, is expected to present the first part of the Housing Program today. Furthermore, today the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) is expected to present its candidate for the mayor of Warsaw.
