The Sejm has turned into a fortress - We witnessed the embarrassment of the Sejm Marshal and his services, who not only refused entry to some journalists, most citizens, but also to Janina Ochojska, into the parliament building where people have been protesting for 29 days for a just cause. Ochojska is a symbol of well-understood solidarity, a heartfelt impulse to give to others without expecting anything in return. Ochojska is a woman with a long biography. She is the one who, on behalf of us Poles, shared what we had with those in need in Bosnia, Darfur, and Syria. She is a symbol of Polish solidarity, true Polish solidarity, and today she is denied entry to the Sejm because the Sejm has turned into a fortress. Not by chance, not by some unknown forces, but by the decision of Marshal Kuchciński, the Sejm currently constitutes a besieged fortress, and all this at a time when we are adorned with posters celebrating the 550th anniversary of Polish parliamentarism. It's simply unbelievable – stated Bogdan Klich at a briefing in the Sejm.
